Very thankful for d outstanding hospitality . Especially Ms.Irin, It’s rare to encounter such a hands-on approach from a manager, nd her kindness made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. Ms. Princy from d front office too was very welcoming. Thr personal attention made my stay into a seamless nd memorable experience, reflecting the high standards the team uphold. Best stay near cochin international Airport. Looking forward for my next visit thr.

Great location from the airport, esp travelers arriving late evening. Nice ambience and restaurant. Hotel staff very courteous and engages proactively.

A very cosy hotel located very near the airport, approx 3mins drive away only. Plus this is a hotel with full fledge amenities, from laundry services, gym and a swimming pool.

Everything about this hotel is absolutely brilliant!! I only stayed for one night but wish I’d booked for longer. Beautiful interiors, charming building, attentive and kind staff, wonderful food, comfortable bed, great housekeeping team. I’m highly fussy about hotels and rarely say this - but 10/10, I will absolutely be staying again!

Near airport location good very near to airport , location good

The hotel is clean and the setting is OK. But the location is a bit hard to find. It is different from what the map shows. The breakfast is good. There are many choices. The location is good. It is very close to the airport and is very convenient. There is a car connection.

The stay was very good, rooms and ambience were top notch. The hospitality provided by staffs was very pleasant. Special mention to Anusha for walking us through the hotel and clicking good pictures and also for suggesting breakfast menu to us.

What a gem of a boutique hotel! Exceptional personal touch all around. Dedicated staff with a pleasant smile at all times. I have been staying since Jan 11th and will be leaving on Jan 18th. As soon as I checked in the first day, I received a personal WhatsApp message from Irin - Asst Front desk Mgr - to ensure my satisfaction during the stay. Other front staff, Princy, Pooja and many others have been very courteous at all times. F&B Manager, Amropillai, always on the move to satisfy the patrons. Abel from F&B has always been there to satisfy my cravings. Breakfast and dinner buffets are created with lots of detail. I was going to move to Taj after 3 nights, but decided to extend my stay until Jan. 18th. I don’t usually write reviews until my stay had been completed. But, this staff need the recognition they deserve. Sorry, I cannot name all the people…Kudos to the Management Team. I will return next year when I come to play Golf again.

Loved the hotel aesthetics!! It’s so beautiful and serene..The staff is very quiet, cooperative and humble. You can definitely visit fort kochi which is nearby. Special thanks to Anusha for guiding me to buy sarees. It is such a nice and comfy stay.

This is my second time staying at Port Muziris, and once again, it has been a wonderful experience. I’d especially like to appreciate one of the staff members, Anusha. Had an absolutely lovely afternoon at Port Muziris hotel. Have stayed here previously so decided to stop over for lunch before my flight out of Kochi. The ambience is great and a choice of buffet or a la carte. The service is brilliant, I was taken care of by Anusha, who was very warm, well understood what I may like for and recommended some delicious authentic Kerala dishes - Palkatti Ghee Roast and Palapam and a filter coffee to end with! Perfect ending to the short and sweet Kochi visit. Look forward to visiting again.

Very few hotels like this you get bcs this hotel staff’s are very well trained and they all know how to handle guest and give respect or take care of guest.
