Ulasan Rifoles Praia Hotel e Resort

It was fine, awesome location, pools, and breakfast. The only bad thing is the wifi coverage. The quality is really poor inside the rooms, only works fine in the common areas

Os quartos estavam com um cheiro estranho, como se tivesse fechado a bastante tempo.

Atendimento excelente. Mas a comida poderia ser melhor. Ótima localização.

Hotel com boa estrutura, o café da manhã, restaurante e atendimento são excelentes.

Gostei do faço assesso a praia e as psicinas, restaurante muito bom, café da manhã variados. Tudo de bom, aconselho.

The hotel is nice however, the walls are thin. You can hear other guests and there’s this strange window in the bathroom that is open to, I believe, a mechanical room and the room next door also has a window with the same situation and you could hear each other whether it was conversation or using the bathroom. Also was next to a housekeeping room and heard them anytime they were there.

I would give 5 stars for the locations and views. The hotel is very old and smells mold. My first room was horrible. I wasn't sure if the linens was changed because of the stains we saw. My second room was ok. Overall I do not recommend this hotel if you like comfortable rooms like me.

The dissapointment started right at the checkin moment. It is supposed to happen at 2pm and rooms are not always ready for guests. Apart from that, I had to wait almost an hour to get my keys. The checkin process is way too complicated and the queue only gets bigger and bigger. For my first 2 nights stay the room was somehow decent, with an ocean view, but there was a leak from the AC in the middle of the room that no one seemed to care about. For my second one-night stay, they gave me the worst room possible, with a view to the ladder that people use to reach the beach. This means zero privacy! Also, the room smeled mold and you could see it here and there. Very old room, telephone didn`t work. Staff are not always nice, they seem to be very unhappy.

Good service but the conditions in rooms are way below average. Needs a lot og maintenance and upgrade to be the same as the pictures implies. The rooms have terrible standard.

Spent 3 nights in mid December with the family at the sister property Pontalmar Praia Hotel, which had its amenity areas under remodelling so most of our hotel time was spent at Rifoles Praia Hotel & Resort. Management was unified for the 2 properties so I'd assume the same treatment would be given if the situation I'm describing below happened at Rifoles: we had a 2-room reservation at Pontalmar -aveerage accommodation, decent breakfast, very poor internet connection. O the 2nd day my oldest son noticed that 2 Hurley board shorts were missing. Hotel could not provide any resolution: front desk claimed they needed to check with Security, which in turn handed over the problem to Housekeeping.. Management was non-existent until the very last minute, when someone from Rifoles was pulled in. She assured us that the hotel would get back in a couple of hours. No response that day. No response to my subsequent emails. I'd definitively avoid the property and its sister place, Pontalmar Praia Hotel.

EQUIPE EXTRAORDINÁRIA. O ATENDIMENTO DISPENSADO FOI IMPECAVEL. RECOMENDO A TODOS QUE FOREM PARA LÁ.

Hotel fantástico, ambiente, quartos, comida muito boa, atendimento muito atencioso. Gostaria de agradecer a equipe da Paparazzi que realizou um excepcional trabalho de fotos em especial Beyonce e a fotógrafa Rosinha!!! 🙌🇧🇷🥰🥰🥰

Infelizmente, não recomendo o Hotel. Apesar do Café da Manhã ser ótimo, e a estrutura externa ser impecável (apenas da parte de trás do Hotel), todo o resto deixa a desejar. O cheiro de mofo toma conta do quarto, o Ar Condicionado pinga água, as áreas de uso comum internas estão com infiltrações; toda a estrutura é antiga. O Hotel precisa de uma reforma urgente!
