Super nice hotel! Ver nice stuff and very beautiful and very clean hotel. It’s very convenient to go everywhere. It made my trip so special! I will definitely recommend to everyone I know. Delicious breakfast!

It's been good but have problems with booking online to many problems and taking to much money and not trusting that I getting the fair cost or charge but everything else is wonderful came for one night and stayed 4 days wonderfully done at this hotel and staff is hard working and u don't have to wait always greeted with hello and a smile great job they are doing

Remodel is great, only disappointed was no waffle iron at breakfast bar. Staff was very friendly. Pm van driver wasn't always the nicest person

I stayed at Clarion Hotel for my daughter's cheer national championship. The pool, a key attraction, was unexpectedly closed upon arrival, despite being a reason I chose this hotel over others. While disappointed, I appreciated the reliable housekeeping. However, the bathroom cleaning was inconsistent. Breakfast was simple yet tasty, lacking variety. The hourly shuttle to downtown was convenient, though we missed it due to its punctuality at :59. Despite disappointments like the closed pool and limited breakfast, the reliable housekeeping and shuttle service were appreciated. The hotel could enhance the guest experience with better communication and amenities. Overall Rating: 3/5

friendly and helpful staff Shuttle bus made visiting downtown Nashville convenient and affordable . Mandated hotel parking fee reasonable compared to hotels closer in to DT

Chyna was the first person i spoke with after arriving. She was friendly and knowledgeable. she made sure to tell me about the different amenities.

Decent place and location. Good breakfast, friendly staff. Walls were a little thin and we could hear what was going on in rooms next to us.

Shuttle to downtown Nashville worked out nice. The property was undergoing a remodel which we could hear a little in the morning also the indoor pool was closed. The hotel puts on a good breakfast.

Loved the hotel, great staff and super well kept, but $20 for a guest to park overnight is excessive.
