Receptionist does not speak English well.

Friendly staff. Helpful amenities that made the stay comfortable. Approx 15 minutes walk to Nara Station and Nara Park. Provided one keycard for the room. Room was a lot more spacious than most other hotels of the price. They have a dining/seating area in the lobby, as well as a dry foot spa and a manga corner. Would stay here again.

Very close to Nara's attractions and a short walk from restaurants and bars. The rooms are very spacious. The staff is also very helpful and multi-lingual. They even have a heated stone foot-massage place after a long day of temple walking.

Very convenience and just close to JR station, got many shops for shopping, restaurants are nearby, close to Nara Park, would love to recommend

The hotel is located around a good area, however the cleanliness and service was a bit below expected compare to the usual Japanese standards. The amenities were not so good, the tooth brush and pates were really soso…. Also they only had very hard and high pillows which is unusual for a hotel that is claiming to be 4 stars?

The hotel is near to Nara Station JR. just 10 minutes walking. Also is very close to the Nara Park and so many places for food around. The room is big, lots of space. Bed is very comfortable and bathroom is good. The service is really amazing. I arrived before the check in and they sent my luggage to the room directly. Very recommended.

Good location, about 200m from Nara JR station. Room bigger than average.

Dated but very clean property. LOVE the high quality toiletries - even facial cleansing oil, foam and moisturizer were provided🥰 walking distance to Nara JR station but take the convenient city bus to Nara Park and shopping areas.

I think the general experience around this area of Japan is pretty much the same Kind of Old fashioned as here is more of a rural area of japan If you are only staying for a night to visit the deer park and chill then this can be a good choice Oh there is a casino nearby We heard some kind of haunting stories about the hotel area not sure if that’s worth mentioning

It's a very cozy and clean hotel. The staff is nice service. It's near JR Nara.

The foot bath on the first floor is very comfortable after walking a lot. There is a Chinese lady at the front desk of the hotel. The room is still very clean and tidy. Overall, it is worth recommending

Facilities: The deluxe double room I booked is very big. In Japan, I was very lucky to have a room where I could unpack my suitcase. Toiletries are complete. You can get a free foot massage in the lobby on the first floor. (Remember to wear foot covers) Hygiene: Very clean. Toiletries are at the front desk. Remember to get them after you get your room card. I just forgot and thought the hotel didn't provide them. Service: Not bad, Chinese, English and Japanese services are available. Environment: Very close to Tetsu Nara and Nara Park, very convenient. There are also many places to eat around.
