Nice staff and breakfast the location is very close to the train station, the only problem is the rooms are a bit small .

This is the first time I have seen so many ridiculous rules: Room: No food allowed, Luggage storage: Charged, 5 euros for 5 hours for one piece of luggage, 1 euro for one hour overtime, Breakfast: No refills if food is gone for half an hour, Check-out time: 10 am (I have never seen a hotel that checks out at 10 am) Quilt: No complete quilt cover, the quilt is sandwiched between the sheets This 4 star hotel is ridiculous🤣 抽象至极： 房间：不许带食物， 行李寄存：收费，一件行李5小时5欧，超时1小时1欧， 早餐：食物没了半小时还不进行补充， 退房时间：早上10点（我就没见过10点退房的酒店） 被子：没有完整的被套，被子是夹在床单中间的 这家4星级简直荒谬…………

I’m not sure where the '4-star' rating comes from, but by universal standards, this hotel is at best a '2-star.' The location is fairly convenient, but the neighborhood doesn't feel particularly safe. The staff has the demeanor of a strict boarding school tutor: 'no food in the room!' I've also never encountered a hotel that charges for luggage storage (€5 per piece for the first 5 hours). I strongly do not recommend this hotel. You can find much better options in Naples for the same price.

I stay at this hotel for the second time, close to the station, friendly staff, I recommend

An old style hotel, breakfast is good and location is convenient to reach the metro and train.

Naples is definitely not the best area for women alone at night. Hotel has a nice lobby and feels safe inside. It is relatively nice considering the area it’s in. Very close to the station which is convenient.

Hotel is near to train station. It was clean an quiet but it was a bad smell from toilet during the first night. Probably it was empty for a while before us.

There is something smelly inside the room and the airconditioning is not that cold enough. Breakfast is lovely and satisfying. Good location. Cleanliness is just ok. Services as well is ok

I really liked the Piazza Garibaldi location. I got off the train from Rome at night and was able to walk to this hotel in under 5 minutes. Woke up in the morning, got a coffee and a croissant from Via G Pica a block over, then spent my day walking down Via dei Tribunali. It's about a mile down that road to get to Museo Archeologico Nazionale, but along the way checked out Pio Monte della Misericordia (with its famous Caravaggio masterpiece Le sette opere di Misericordia), the Duomo, Cappella Sansevero, and took one of the archeological tours. Then came back and had dinner at one of the many lively restaurants that line the street along the Piazza. You won't find this place in any tour book, but the accommodations were a good value for the price and a nice strong air conditioner kept me pretty comfortable during the hot summer nights.
