Hotel terburuk yang pernah saya alami selama lebih dari sepuluh tahun tinggal di Eropa. Sengaja menipu orang. Biaya kamar lebih dari 2.000 yuan per malam, tanpa AC dan suhu kamar lebih dari 30 derajat Celcius.Tidak ada seorang pun di meja depan yang pernah menjawab telepon. Mereka menolak untuk mengganti kamar saya dan mengatakan mereka akan memasang dua kipas angin di kamar. Setelah berdebat dengan mereka selama 5 jam, mereka memberi saya kamar single yang sangat kecil. Kami berjanji untuk mengembalikan selisih harga dengan faktur tertulis, tetapi kami perlu berkomunikasi dengan Ctrip. Setelah Ctrip berkomunikasi, mereka terus menyangkalnya dengan alasan manajernya tidak ada. Belum terselesaikan. Ini adalah penipuan

Hotel is in an excellent location and staff are friendly, hotel is clean and tidy.

Helaas was de overnachting niet fijn. Het internet was niet goed, ook de liften werkten niet naar behoren. Een wachttijd van 5 minuten op de lift. Ook de kamer hield de wensen over, douche deur was kapot en de hygiene was matig. Voor 90,- had ik meer verwacht. Het uitzicht was erg mooi over de stad, dat moet gezegd worden. Al met al vond ik de prijs-kwaliteit verhouding niet goed. Helaas niet zon fijne ervaring.

Location was great , but our room the bathroom flooded every time we had a shower, air conditioning didn’t work had to request the basic things like toilet paper, bath robe , tea and coffee and our room key kept on not working So I probably would give it miss next time The front desk lady Daniela was very helpful though

Great view if you take Superior room or better rating. You can see that interior is little bit old and especially bathroom interior quite worn. Breakfast contains varied products, good fruits etc. But that kind of hotel could offer coffee and tea in pot served to table, not from machine. Check-in and out quick and efficient. No rush in our stay. Hotel easy to find (high building) and get there from airport.

The hotel has been decorated but its hardwares such as the bathroom taps, air conditioning etc. were not renewed. Especially the air conditioner failed to work properly and making the room very stuffy. Also, there was no kettle, no drinking water, and no coffee and tea supplied in room.

The hotel is very centrally located, but unfortunately the street is very busy and dirty. The garbage does not seem to be collected regularly. The taxi drivers stationed at the hotel routinely overcharged for rides. The room itself was good, but the amenities of the hotel were subpar for the rate being charged.

Stayed for the night before getting the ferry across to Capri so we weren’t there for long, however check in was quick, professional and straight forward. The receptionist was really lovely and made effort to provide us with great dinner recommendations, pointing them out on the map. The room was spacious, clean and a lovely view. Excellent location, took a short walk out for pizza the night we arrived and a short walk to the port the following morning. Overall really lovely and would stay again!

Two brief days to aclimatise to the area. Via Medina is very central and a good base for visiting all the main sites. Top tip: skip the breakfast and have it at Gran Cafe Grambinus instead. An unforgettable experience.
