It was very bad Not 4 stars for sure Can’t fully close the bath and all the water went out The floor of the bath was broken Water wend down during the night from the air condition Please full refund!

Good place and good breakfast. Anyway, I’m not very satisfied with the floor hygiene as there were some hair on it .

Hotel is far from the center. Staff is rude with no smile at all. The receptionist kept me waiting for my query and argued with the laundry guy. Breakfast counter is like a shop where you have to ask for the items again and again. It is not free move buffet breakfast. Location is also not good as public transport connectivity is very poor.

Hidden gem with spectacular views over the ocean. Restaurant is one of the best places we’ve ever been to!

We booked a triple room and were upgraded to a junior suite with a terrace. The terrace was nice. Naples is in bad shape, as if it is about to be relocated. The hotel is covered with marble exterior walls, which makes it stand out among the dilapidated buildings. It is not far from the harbor, which is convenient for going to Capri Island. It is a 15-minute walk to the train station in Pompeii. Of course, it is not far from the old town. Overlooking Mount Vesuvius, the Bay of Naples and the roofs of the old town, everything cannot be measured by money.

The faucets in the hotel bathrooms have no handles, making it difficult to control the heat and strength of the water. This should be improved.

The hotel is great, right on the seaside promenade, the rooms are great, the breakfast is rich, and the bathroom is great!
