The location is opposite the Imperial Palace, and there is a subway just outside, but the surrounding environment is very "business", so if you don't like the office atmosphere, choose carefully. The concierge is fine, there is a small front desk on the first floor, and the actual lobby is upstairs. The public area is not very large, but the room is OK, the living room and bedroom are well separated, the cloakroom is a separate space, and there is a separate bathroom. The view of the gym is not bad.

Hygiene: Cleaning is done twice a day. I really give it a full score. Clothes are folded and cosmetics, shoes, etc. are also provided. Small toys are left for the baby 🧸 Service: Responsive. Tokyo's winter is very dry. I asked for a humidifier. The sofa bed is made for the aunt every night and put away during the day. This room type is really suitable for family travel. It is a suite with two bathrooms and two beds (one is a sofa bed). I like staying at Otemachi Four Seasons. The breakfast is super delicious and of first-class quality. The hotel room facilities are great, and the view of the Imperial Palace is rare.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good and nutritious. There are several subway lines right outside, so you can use them to travel!
