余り特徴のないホテルです。場所も施設も。夕食のエリアは徒歩５分ほどで便利でした。中央駅からはタクシー利用で２０ユーロ程度です。

很有年代感的酒店，門口的服務員都是大爺大媽型的，這是不是一個國企呢？怎麼能有這麼多老年朋友在工作，還蠻有趣的。

AC di kamar (3) tidak berfungsi dengan baik. Manajer mengesampingkan pengaturan suhu tetapi tidak satu pun dari 3 kamar kami menjadi dingin. Aula dan lobi bahkan lebih panas. Tinggal di sini sebelum tanpa masalah. Perjalanan di hotel ini tidak dapat ditoleransi dan tidak akan pernah tinggal di sini lagi

The location, staff, and room were excellent. The hotel is in a very nice area with access to public transportation and restaurants. The staff is very competent and extremely helpful and courteous.

The Majestic is in a quiet location but still conveniently close to great shops and restaurants in Chiaia. The staff are all friendly and helpful, the rooms very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.

This hotel is very clean and the room was big - The staff was friendly and helpful the breakfast buffet was outstanding - large amount of choices I only wish there were more services provided- like currency exchange and postage available and currency exchange but all in all very nice hotel

Bed: Good. A/C: good. Door lock: Maddening. Shower: AWFUL. Switches in room: Maddening. Breakfast: OK.

Overall I had a mixed experience. I’ll divide this into good and bad: Good: Great location in one of the nicer, upscale parts of Naples. Central to most things. Bad: Advertises air conditioning being included which is a necessity for me and my wife as warm sleepers. However when we got to the room it was EXTREMELY warm. It turned out there is no air conditioning and this is “only available in summer months”. Instead it only blowed out warm air. As someone who has stayed in several other Italian cities in January/February and used air conditioning when needed, I find this hard to believe. On the plus side, when we explained the situation they upgraded us to a better, cooler room (still with no air conditioning but it was cool enough). Very loud. You can hear people dragging furniture above you and a lot of noise from the street. Even with windows shut. You can even hear toilets flush from other rooms. Disappointing breakfast - with so many good options in the area just get breakfast outside. No room service.
