Sangat buruk. Dibutuhkan lebih dari 20 menit berjalan kaki dari kota tua. Sangat merepotkan. Dekat dengan kereta dan suara kereta api keras. Fasilitas hotel sudah tua dan tembok runtuh. Kamar mandi tidak bisa berventilasi. Habis mandi kamar penuh uap dan cermin penuh uap air. Perlu bayar tempat parkir yang disediakan pihak hotel. Jika ingat sisihkan minimal satu jam di malam hari saat berangkat , entah tempat parkir tidak terisi atau kartu yang diberikan hotel untuk keluar dari tempat parkir tidak dapat digunakan, yang bisa sangat mengganggu Anda~

Excellent location 5 min walk from main station, hotel was quiet, clan and spacious, added bonus was breakfast which was really good, staff friendly

Was ok just because is near to the train station and good connection with the transport to the airport..normal 4star hotel

Nice hotel near Napoli Centrale. Lots of tours go out from this hotel, so super convenient. Lots of cafe, restaurants and shopping near by. Metro station is also close by to visit Toleda or Dante. Overall great place.

Nearby the train station and the bus station where can take a bus to sicily.

Love the stay

Such a good hotel to stay in Napoli. The room was perfect, super comfortable, well equipped and perfectly clean. The breakfast is very good for the Italian standards and the front desk is always eager to help. Very recommended!

Great location for getting into the centre of the city. Secure parking underground next door (€20 a day?). Decor a bit tired but staff fantastic.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. All staff was very helpful and kind. They gave recommendations for restaurants and arranged transportation, helped when one of us was unwell. Overall a great experience and we will certainly come back next time that we visit Naples!
