I am very pleased with this place. I have stayed here before. There's plenty going on in the area. It's good value.

Room was large, but not really clean and smelt like an ashtray. Everything was old and not really working properly. Only one towel when booking was for two people. Bed is hard, was okay for us but could be harsh for others.

It was an easy check-in and the apartment was fine for the price. There was a vending machine next to the bed with sex toys for girls and business cards for a call girl on the doorstep. The number on the cards was linked to a man's WeChat account. I am unsure what was on offer but I felt uncomfortable. I will leave it for someone else to investigate further.

I was greeted warmly and was shown the room straight away. Everything was very good and when I asked I even got equipment for the kitchen. I even extended my stay for another day. Nice apartment, good location and still quiet at night. I can highly recommend it.

It room in the apartment was normal but to smoke. Yes for me. I am not smoke and when I wanted reservation a room I can’t look possible to choose not smoking room. I spent one night in the apartment and for sleeping it was good. I liked area about the apartment. Many different cafe and also which working 24 hours.

We are 2 adults and 1 child, and we booked a room with a 1.8-meter king-size bed. We added the host on WeChat at 8pm and sent a screenshot to the host. The host didn't have this room type but didn't mention it. We arrived at nearly 11pm, and the family dragged their luggage to find the host, paid a 100 yuan deposit and got the key, but she didn't mention that there was no corresponding room type (the price difference between the two room types was 45 yuan). It wasn't until we got to the room and the child jumped on the bed that I noticed how small the bed was. My daughter is 1.42 meters tall, and the width of the bed is not enough for her to lie horizontally. I called the host and asked, and he said that there was no corresponding room type, but I checked the platform at that time and later, and the 1.8-meter bed type was always shown as available. The landlord said that he was willing to give us two rooms, so that our family of three could sleep in two rooms, one on the 11th floor and one on the 21st floor. Of course, we would not agree. Who would sleep in separate rooms and on different floors as a family of three? We were too tired to change to other hotels (we were in Chongzuo during the day, went to Detian Waterfall in the morning, and went to Mingshi Tianyuan at 3 pm. We didn’t get an electric bike, so our family rode bicycles for more than two hours, and then drove for three hours to this hotel). She said that the bed was a bit crowded, so she refunded the price difference. After checking out the next day, the landlord said that she had to give her a good review before she could refund me the price difference. I said that she would refund me directly without giving me a review. She came to me again and asked me to refund the order on the platform and directly transfer the corresponding room fee to her to avoid me giving a bad review. I disagreed, and she directly said on the platform that I did not stay there and applied for a refund of the price difference of the order. The platform called me, and I said that I did stay there and it was my right to comment. Later, the other party kept calling me on WeChat and saying all kinds of things on the phone.

I was playing nearby with friends, and it was too late so I wanted to find a place nearby to rest. I placed the order without much choice. It was okay to stay here. It was much cheaper than the surrounding big hotels which cost two or three hundred yuan. Of course, there is still a gap compared to the two or three hundred yuan rooms, but it was okay. The service was also OK. If you don't know the way, you can contact the owner in advance.

The bedding was comfortable and helped me sleep well. The breakfast was rich and varied to meet different tastes. The surrounding transportation was convenient and easy to travel. Next time I travel, this hotel will still be my first choice!

I used to stay in this building when I went to Nanning. Now I feel like it's just a dormitory building. I may never go there again.

Very cost-effective

The room smells bad, especially the toilet. Facilities: Old, several sockets are broken Hygiene: There were spiders on the sheets, and the sheets were dirty as if they had never been changed. The pillows were also very yellow.

The price-performance ratio is very high. The room is large and comfortable. I can experience living in a commercial room in advance. The landlady is also very enthusiastic and the environment is clean.
