Near many tourist sights. Staff very efficient and sorted out Wi-Fi issue straight away. Hotel clean, breakfast choice good. Amenities available however did not use

This hotel is located in the center of the city, near the 1912 district so there is a lot of restaurants, it is really convenient. In my opinion, it is also a more pleasant neighbourhood that Xinjiekou where are all the others hotels. It is a really recent hotel, so all the furnitures are new. It is really high-tech, the curtains opens automatically when you enter the room, there are some electronic buttons for a lot of things (maybe a bit too much high-tech sometimes ? you can’t leave a single light for reading in the evening when your partner is sleeping). The room is well furnished and spacious, it lacks maybe just a bit of space near the sink in the bathroom. The breakfast is really good and diverse and the staff is really nice and helpful, specially the doorman Sam. I really recommend you this hotel in Nanjing.

The room was better than I was expecting for the price! The bed was amazing and really comfortable, the whole room was really modern. The hotel was a little hard to find the entrance for but the security guard helped me out. The location was really good, like 5mins walk to the metro and there were some really good restaurants nearby

The hotel was overall okay, for the money that we paid, very decent. Although it’s quite cold in the rooms and they are very small. But despite all of that very enjoyed the stay, the staff at every nice and it’s very clean in the rooms.

I highly recommend this hotel. Firstly the swimming pool is the best hotel swimming pool I've ever used. It is long, easily 20-25 metres and also wide, but shallow with no deep water. Perfect for relaxing lap swimming. And it is always supervised. One tip. You'll have to wear a swimming cap which they sell at the front desk of the swimming pool, so make sure you bring something to pay for it on your first swim. Secondly, the hotel's location (on top of the Zhuzhianglu metro station) is perfect for getting to all the best places and attractions. And on cold days and hot days you can access the metro (press -2 in the lift) without having to deal with the weather. Thirdly, the staff are amazing. Rachel, Brittany, William, Allen, could not do enough to help me during my stay. Lastly, the shops and restaurants in the two basement levels offer a level of convenience that I have not received anywhere else that I have stayed. I was able to buy all essentials and have delicious Chinese food, incredibly affordably and conveniently.

The room is of moderate size, not too big nor too small. The room is very clean, every corner is good, the smart toilet seat in the bathroom is good and comfortable to use. The only drawback is that the water flow from the shower head on the top is uneven, and the shower is not very comfortable. The service is also very good. If you need anything, you can call and it will be delivered to your door. There are three old buildings in the hotel compound, which were built before liberation. You can visit them to receive patriotic education.

This hotel’s location is really good. It is located right next to a major shopping mall with lots of good restaurants and stores. It’s located within walking distance from Xuanwu Gate 玄武门 and Xuanwu Lake 玄武湖. It’s right next to a subway that provides easy access to other parts of Nanjing like the Nanjing Museum 南京博物院 or the Confucian Temple area 夫子庙. The rooms were clean and everything in it felt high quality. The view of Nanjing from my room was beautiful. Although the hotel staff are very friendly, I marked the service and amenities as 4/5 for a few reasons. First, laundry is relatively expensive whereas at Atour 亚朵 it’s free. If i remember correctly, they wanted me to pay 35 or so rmb per article of clothing. Secondly, the hotel allows delivery of takeout but they do not send it to your room like they do at Atour 亚朵. You have to go to the lobby and pick it up yourself. These are the only two things that stop me from giving all 5/5s. Other than that, I loved this hotel especially for its location and comfortable rooms. If you dont care about doing laundry or having takeout ordered directly to your room, then those two criticisms are relatively minor things. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel regardless.

Big room but small bed. Small tv compare hotel in this standing in china. Never find the coffee machine. Nice city view. Very close to the lake and to the Metro station. They took a deposit but it's not specify on the reservation.

Facilities: A newly renovated chain hotel, located just a ten-minute walk from Exit 6 of Xinjiekou Subway Station in the center of Nanjing. It has a superior location, quiet in a busy city, and convenient transportation, suitable for travel. Sanitation: The room is cleaned very cleanly, with dry and wet separation, and the toilet is an automatic toilet. Service: The hotel staff is very enthusiastic and took the initiative to help us upgrade the room for free. The room has a large window, very clean and bright. I will choose to stay here again when I come to Nanjing to play in the future. Qingmu Travel Hotel Chain is doing very well. I used to choose Hanting, but Qingmu is better in comparison!

The hotel facade may look old but it had been a very warm welcome by the staff and was a pleasant stay for us. The rooms were true to the pictures posted on Trip.com. Big thanks to Lobby Manager Deng Juan 邓娟 who was very attentive and helpful. Knowing that we didn't have a local number, she added me in WeChat so I may contact her if we need any assistance. She also helped coordinate with the kitchen for a slightly early breakfast when we had to check-out by 7am, which we really appreciated. Also, the housekeeper in-charge of our rooms ensured that we had sufficient bottled water during our stay. The hotel is also very close to shopping malls and many food options. I'm very glad to have chosen this hotel for our trip to Nanjing.
