It was best position for shopping centers Bed also comfortable and clean But shower room floor cleaning condition was no good,I found many hair. General condition was good

The hotel room I eventually got upgradeed to was good and I enjoyed my stay. However, I am totally disappointed but the misleading marketing of Trip.com which landed me with a dated style serviced apartment that look like the 80's. I walked out immidiately. Shame on Trip.com for the misleading advertisment. I actually paid the same price as the hotel room buy was given a downgraded serviced apartment totally different from the Zen looking hotel room. The hotel manager was kind enough to give me a complimentary upgrade to their standard zen styled hotel room. Location was good as lots of food choices. There is a nice speakeasy bar in the annex building, look for the pet shop with kittens.

Hotel location is good. Very near to shopping mall Deji, and metro. There are plenty of local food around. Basically, is a cozy hotel. Don’t expect luxury as this is a budget hotel. Clean and hygienic enough.  Have been to this hotel many times. Will be back again. This time chose trip.com and will be using trip.com. Easy to use and rewards points are higher. Used to use agoda for the past 15 years. However, I think management has changed and lack of integrity. Cannot believe agoda lies. Made a booking on 26Oct for 27Oct-4Nov to Guangzhou, and realised made a mistake. Cancelled by mistake and realised there was a cancellation fees of 13%, amount 700CNY. Agoda claimed that the hotel refused the refund, but the money was collected by agoda instead. They lied repeatedly and kept pushing the blame to the hotel. I booked the same hotel via trip.com and verified with the staff in person. Integrity is an issue.As such, start using trip.com.

The hotel room was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Being close to the metro made exploring the city incredibly convenient. Enjoyed my stay at this hotel

We found the hotel with no trouble, as it's an easy 3-5 minute walk from Nanjing South Railway Station (North Square). Immediately the staff was sorting out our room and helping to find directions to the subway and various sites and attractions we hoped to see during our short visit to Nanjing. Language wasn't an issue as they used translators to explain things and give us directions. We could take screenshots of everything, making it easy to navigate the subway, and find taxis and rideshares. The room was comfortable, well-appointed, and clean. The only detail that could be improved is the uninspired breakfast. Tasteless coffee, weak soy milk, and dry noodles, bread and eggs aren't the greatest way to start a day The hotel staff in all areas are efficient, and well-trained. They are polite, friendly, and helpful. We will stay at the Ibis Styles again. Thank you Ibis Regards, Wayne and Emily

The hotel is great for the price. Good location across from a park with a lake. Beds were comfortable, and clean. The room was cleaned daily. Bottled water provided. The towels were soft and absorbent. The buffet breakfast, at 30 RMB was good. Coffee! A good selection of choices. You can fry your own eggs. Steamed buns and fried noodles. A good choice. Friendly staff. A convenience store right off the lobby. One peculiarity: The toilet was immediately behind the door, which always hit it when entering. The shower is small, and the water escapes to soak the bathroom floor... But towels provided. Toiletries provided are good.

I came to Nanjing on a business trip and chose this Grand Hotel. The location is quite good, the transportation is very convenient, and the environment is beautiful. The two hotel staff, Xiaolan and Xiaozhou, have a very good service attitude and help to adjust the room type. The room is very large. Whether it is a business trip or a trip, it is a good choice. The sanitation is very clean and the facilities are very complete. I am very satisfied with the stay.

I booked the non-smoking room. The room was ok, quite spacious and warm. But, the corridor had a strong cigarette smell most of the time, the way from my room to the elevator was quite a distance, therefore, it was unpleasant. The location is good, very accessible to many places and has many restaurants around the hotel. However, I also felt unwelcomed by the front desk attitude upon checking in. The sound proof was non-existing; it's understandable when I could clearly hear people talking and walking in the corridor, but I also clearly heard people who stayed next to my room talking and walking.

Its really close to the railway station so that’s convenient. I really appreciate the service they gave me. They were patient and also let me check out late. They offered me coffee also after checking out.

It was a good hotel. It is like an apartment. It has everything you need. Many foods to try around there too. The service was helpful and nice.
