Hotel Nanjing Gulou District

The room is very comfortable. The sofa is great~ The bedding is also great for sleeping. The transportation is also very convenient, but you can't see the lake view, otherwise it would be perfect~ It's very close to Xuanwu Lake on foot, the room is newly decorated and suitable for long-term stay

Friendly staff! Great location too. Amazing view of the mountain. That said, the AC didn’t work. We requested for it to be fixed and they told us to merely open the window. Also the pool was closed which isn’t that big of a deal but I wish that could be expressed in advance.

Jinfan Wanyuan Hotel's convenient location near Xinjiekou provided us with easy access to a variety of amenities, dining options, entertainment venues, and the nearby Xinjiekou Golden Eagle Shopping Mall. The exceptional front desk service provided by Ms. Xiao Chen 前台小陈 and her reception team for their warm hospitality and dedication to ensuring our comfort is highly commendable. Their commitment to excellence set a high standard for our entire stay. The unexpected upgrade from a Sunshine Superior Room to a Deluxe Suite was a delightful surprise that exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail shown by housekeepers such as Ms. Langxia 客房服务员郎霞 and Ms. Hengli 客房服务员恒丽 was truly remarkable. Their thoughtful touches, such as greeting notes, cookies, milk, flowers, and fruits arranged with care, made us feel valued and appreciated. Our experience at Jinfan Wanyuan Hotel was exceptional, and we eagerly anticipate our next visit. A big Thank You to the hotel for providing such a welcoming and memorable environment for us!

Our stay was good and we received a free upgrade as well! Staff were super friendly, especially grateful to the staff 高明慧 for being so helpful 😊 One downside was that the bathtub was outside of the toilet hence we couldn't use it and the toilet door was translucent which may be awkward if travelling with friends. Nonetheless very convenient location in 新街口 as well as towards the popular tourist attractions! Worth a try to stay here if you are visiting Nanjing for the first time!

Very comfortable stay, easy to deliver takeaway food with their cute robot machine which delivers to your doorstep, also spacious room with clean toilet and instant warm water, it was a good experience and I would choose this location if I come to Nanjing again. We chose a non smoking room and there was no smoke smell at all the corridors or room

Not far from Xinjiekou subway station, the breakfast is very rich, and it is the one with the most breakfast varieties among the several Qingmu hotels I stayed in. The service is also good, the only thing is that the hardware facilities may need to be improved. The sewer makes a gurgling sound and emits a smell, and you have to close the bathroom door when you sleep at night. The soundproofing effect is not very good. I asked the front desk to send two earplugs, which blocked my ears 👂much better. For the location and software services, this price is still good.

A wonderful hotel to stay at a convenient location, close to metro station and the university. It does have a limit to those who are handicapped as you can not directly ride the elevator without having to climb a few steps. The hotel could also could consider wavering the charge for lost room key card (or at least for the first time). The hotel charges 30RMB for a lost room card that I had never experienced such a cost everywhere else I stayed. Overall, a very nice hotel to stay in Nanjing.

The service was amazing, everyone really did their best to communicate with me and explain me everything, even with the language barrier and everyone was really friendly. You can simply tell the hosts on WeChat, wether you need a restock or cleaning or changed bed sheets which was very comfortable. The Hotel is on a smaller campus within a huge sports campus with only one exit, meaning that for every trip you had to walk around the campus which took about 15 minutes. This came with the benefit of less street noise though. The Hotel itself is situated close to the city center and it took 15 minutes of walking to the next subway station.

The most unexpected surprise for the Spring Festival trip to Nanjing is to set this hotel. The former US embassy in China is too cost-effective, the environment is very beautiful and quiet, the security work is very good, the door is opposite the warning duty, full of security, the staff is warm and professional, the service quality is high, Also presented exquisite holiday snacks, come to Nanjing to lock here in the future.

Not far from Xuanwumen subway station, about10-15 minutes walk, there are many breakfast shops along the street, and there is a net red beef pot sticker, that is, the Spring Festival is rested, we did not eat. There is a chicken soup bag head office on Hunan Road on the other street, which tastes good. The room facilities are very new. Siemens' washing and drying machine is thrown in at night. You can wear clean and warm clothes in the morning. It is really comfortable in winter. The projection watched a few TV episodes, the effect was okay, after all, it was a homestay, and the price was not high during the Chinese New Year. The homestay is in an apartment building, and there is no sign outside that is not easy to find. Remember to call the front desk.
