OMG, took us a while to find the hotel, the main door to the hotel is so small, if not for the lovely lady next door, we might not be able to find it. Room is ok but the outside is a bit dusty, the toilet is too small, whe u close the toilet door, the door is in your face, a bigger person won't fit.

Super nice looking rooms, very spacious and there was laundry on site!! Had a pleasant stay here.
Downsides are :
- the bathroom because as friends it is kind of awkward to shower or go to the toilet because the glass doesn't give a lot of privacy
- The location is kind of in the middle of nowhere but very close to the south railway station

When I made the booking thru Trip.com, I filtered ‘breakfast included’, Guixin Courtyard Guesthouse was on my list. I chose it. I did not read the confirmation from Trip.com When I checked in, I told the staff that breakfast was included. He checked the booking confirmation and found meals were not included.
I wonder why this happened?
The staff was so nice to buy me one time breakfast
All the basic accessories ( tooth brushes, towels, …)are good
It takes at least 15 minutes walk to the South Nanjing Station where you can take trains, local buses and long distance buses. Very convenient!
I recommend this hotel.

The hotel room was big. Service was good. The hotel is close to the South train station. There was some weird smell in the shower, but ok. The gift after checking out was a good intention, but not necessary for me. The more things I must carry around during traveling, the worse it is for me.

Great family-run guesthouse close to Nanjing South railway station.
Clean room, quiet neighbourhood, comfy bed
The staff at the hotel doesn't speak English but they were very welcoming and helpful, check-in and check-out were smooth and we were given an extra breakfast, an evening snack and even a little gift before leaving!

意料之外的滿意。酒店位置緊靠南站，我們揹着包閑庭信步走了七八分鐘就到，夜晚酒店門口和同事吃了徐州燒烤，還買了兩斤雨花茶帶給朋友。酒店設施整潔且清爽，偶有失眠的我，昨晚睡得很香。下次一定還來。

離南京南站近，走路10分鐘，冬天去房間裏會有點冷，空調温度上來慢，空調噪音有點大。早餐簡單，一杯豆漿，2個包子，1個茶葉蛋。退房時前台帥哥送了茶葉。
