The bathroom is cramped; the toilet seat is about the same width as an economy class airplane seat, with legs touching the wall. The toilet paper placement, bathroom size, and room size are all cramped. The hallways are narrow, requiring stairs; there's no elevator. Reason 2: Breakfast is like a battle. A makeshift food cart is used, with people crowding around for food, resulting in a shortage and a mess on the tables and in the dining area. There's a lack of tableware; bowls and chopsticks are unavailable. Reason 3: The service level is far behind the capacity. The advantage is the alcohol."
