Nice and comfortable. Sometimes being a westerner in China it is a little hard, but this hotel was good. The breakfast was also good, especially the coffee.

The front desk service is superb. On my check out date, I needed an extension of my stay and they immediately helped me to get it done. They also called house keeping to have the room cleaned and ready within half an hour. I will certainly stay in the same hotel in my next visit.

Very good. Although it has been open for 10 years, it is well maintained, clean, tidy and comfortable, and maintains the standard that Sheraton should have. The location is excellent. The subway line 2 is seamlessly connected at the door, and it is also very convenient to take a taxi. The hotel is in the new district on the west side of Ganjiang River. The surrounding roads are wide and there is no traffic jam in and out. Downstairs is the scenic avenue along the river, which is very suitable for walking at night; it is across the river from the old city where the Tengwang Pavilion is located on the east side of the river, and you can reach the main tourist attractions by crossing the Bayi Bridge. The front desk service is professional and thoughtful, and the river view room was upgraded for free. The breakfast is also good, with special clay pot soup and Nanchang mixed noodles, which taste quite good.

There are service staff who call in advance to ask about needs. The service of Xiao Wang in guest service is also very good. I stayed for two nights and was very satisfied overall.

《Hotel Tour: Nanchang Sheraton》 Sheraton is now part of the Marriott Group I think Nanchang Sheraton is about the same level as the Beijing Westin and Chengdu St. Regis in the same group. The hotel is not expensive, and there is a package for 1,300 yuan per night. It was originally a city view room, but the front desk should have upgraded us to a river view room (more than 100 yuan more expensive), thank you very much. The hotel is in a super good location, and the buffet breakfast is also included in the room rate. The food is rich and tastes very nice.
