Comfort & Cleanliness: Housekeeping standards were solid; bedding was comfortable, and overall hygiene across the room and common areas was well-maintained. Areas for Subtle Enhancement (Opportunity to reach a 5/5): Amenities & Small Touches: Elevating in-room amenities (e.g., higher quality bath products or local artisanal coffee selections) would further align the product with boutique luxury standards. "This is an old hotel that has been renovated and extended. Its only redeeming feature is the location. Parking is difficult, and there are more rooms than parking spaces. It's unclear how they even got permission to operate here. The water supply seems insufficient, although they claim a pipe is broken – very confusing. There's no wardrobe, which is fine, but there's only one small, flimsy hanger. The bathroom is okay, considering it seems relatively new. The mattress is average, the TV and air conditioner are old, but not excessively so. The room gets a lot of sun, so the view is terrible. The wooden floor seems good, but I'm sure ants will build a nest there. Ants crawl on snacks and food as soon as you leave them out. The price is neither cheap nor expensive. It's ideal for those who want easy booking, plenty of availability, and a short stay for one night. In short, if you have no other options, prioritize a central location, and are willing to pay a reasonable price for two people, go for it."

The location is far from the city center, but the owner lady takes you to the bus terminal for free and also provides a pick-up service. It takes about 5 minutes by car. The friendly owner often takes you to the city center. The breakfast is simple, but the home-cooked food, bread crumbs, and fruit are enough for a great meal. The family-like atmosphere of the hotel makes me want to stay there again when I visit the area."
