The overall environment of service facilities is very good. All kinds of furniture and appliances are available. The space is much larger than expected, and the transportation is very convenient. There are three or four scenic spots nearby that can be reached on foot. Maybe it's winter, even with the air conditioner on it still feels a bit cold. New experience, nice.

It's very close to downtown and very convenient. Clean and fashionable. I stayed in a dormitory and had no problems. I was healed by the scent of aroma oil.

清潔感もありとても過ごしやすかったです。 ただ、私が利用したタイミングは海外旅行者が数名おられ、テラスで宴会？懇親会？が開催されていたらしく、夜中やや騒がしく、朝方テラスが散らかっていたのが残念な印象でした。 電話やメールの対応はとても分かりやすく、良心的でした！

共有スペースがとてもおしゃれで使いやすかったです！ 洗濯機などもあって、少ない荷物でいっても大丈夫なので楽です！ 一人でも複数人で行っても楽しめる雰囲気だと思います

男女共用ドミトリーだったので正直不安だったけど、外国の方はフレンドリーだしトイレやシャワーの使い方も綺麗に保ってくれてたので女性1人でも安心でした。

This hostel is absolutely amazing! The design and decor of the common spaces, cafe downstairs and the room is really cool and very modern. The private room itself was really spacious with a comfy double bed, desk space and wardrobe. The shower and toilet area was clean and spacious too. The common space upstairs was absolutely massive, shame we were only able to stay 1 night and not use this space but it's great for hanging out and cooking. The cafe downstairs is really nice too and they had amazing breakfast with great coffee. The staff speak decent English and helped us very well. Location of the hotel is good to, maybe a bit harder to reach with public transport but there's lots of stuff to do and see around here. We'd highly recommend staying here in Nagasaki.
