Staffs are not helpful, location is great , breakfast and dinner are simple

Cleanless was not so good ın bathroom but ın general ıt was OK.

'Friendly staff. Hood service. Break fast spread is excellent. But dinner buffet could be done better. Atleast provide some soft drinks at dinner.

Disappointed with the cleanliness of hotel. Lobby on level 7 stinks a lot. Initially allocated rooms were dirty (see photos). Staff was helpful in changing the room. I wouldn't call it a 5star experience.
