The hotel was lacking basic stuff to the extent that there wasn’t even a hook or bar in the bathroom to hang a towel or clothes. The pillows were quite thin and there were no extra pillows available. The hotel also promised us while booking that parking was available but we had to park the car on the road next to the hotel.

Nice hotel on beach away from traffic noise etc.
Smoking is allowed outside on the terrace where people are eating having their breakfast. A smoking zone away from eating area would be recommended.

There was no hot water in the washroom ***** with that pungent smell was coming in washroom and the staff is very rigid about providing service. I had to call mm t customer care to sort out the problem that was faced by me and it took around 30mins to sort out the matter.
