"This hotel was nice and clean. VERY clean!! Great location!!! They were recently renovated so they were still working out the glitches but overall a good stay. Would have been great if my husband and I could have gotten a room on an upper floor but they weren't able to do so. But next time I will just make sure I request an upper floor when booking. Also I want to shout out the housekeeping staff. They were truly so friendly and kind. We will definitely be back. Oh and one thing I think needs to be added is a table. My husband and I order out and eat in the room but we had nowhere to eat but on the bed."

"Terrible place and customer service. I called to inform the front desk for a late check in since we got stuck with a non-moving traffic and very bad thunder storms. The front desk officer told me not to worry as i will be able to check in at anytime since they are there for 24 hrs. To my surprise when we arrive, their door is locked. We knocked for almost and hour but nobody responded. I called there contact number but no one answered. We were on the road for 12 hrs and arrived with no place to stay. Horrible place with worst customer service."

"We stayed as a family of five — three children and two adults — and overall everything was good. The only downside was that the sofa was a bit uncomfortable, but it was fine for the kids. One small issue: we found a tiny baby cockroach in the bathroom/toilet at night, probably came from somewhere. The staff were friendly and smiling. Our room wasn’t cleaned during the stay, but that was because we didn’t request it. The balcony was nice, and it’s clear the place was renovated not long ago — everything felt clean and pleasant. The heated pool and jacuzzi were a big plus, especially on the cold and windy days."

I was never informed about ongoing renovations and was shocked to find a contractor on my balcony, with one even entering my room without consent, which felt unsafe and invasive. Loud construction noise early in the morning made rest impossible. When I raised these serious concerns, the customer service manager, Barbara, was dismissive, rude, and refused to help or escalate the issue, showing no empathy or accountability. To make matters worse, despite being approved for a late checkout, housekeeping repeatedly knocked and rushed me out, highlighting poor internal communication. Overall, the service standards were unacceptable and significantly impacted my stay."
