Ulasan Bermuda Sands on the Boardwalk

Didn’t like I had to pay $75 more then ******* quoted me. Was suppose to be ocean view room and there was no view!! Lady at checkout was rude when I questioned why I had to pay more and showed her my confirmation from *******. She didn’t care and said y’all was a third party!! Never again will I book with y’all!

Very dirty, hair all over the bathroom tub and toilet, dirt and food on the floor, cigarette ashes by the night stands. Blankets looked dirty and old. There was no toilet paper stocked had to ask for some and got attitude from front desk.

Great location on boardwalk near pier. Good parking. Great restaurant. Beautiful view. BUT.... Common area carpets dirty even dried puke not cleaned up entire weekend. Lots of garbage in parking lots not picked up. Lazy river bottom moldy and dirty. Dirty carpet in room and common areas. Elevator had no inspection info. Elevator had dirty walls and floor. Sticky doors and light switches in room and common area. Sink old and service cracked. Jet tub broken with dirty jets. Furniture cheap w vinyl peeling off particle board. Heavily stained mattress. Phone not working. No replacement towels in whole hotel. No room cleaning. Damaged sheets. No hangers. No coffee and condiments. No cream rinse. No lotion.

Indoor pool and hot tub needs a lot of work. Indoor pool was very cold. Outdoor lazy river was nice. Liked my room but don’t think they are cleaned very good. There was dried ketchup on the desk and something sticky on the balcony handrail.

Needed clean towels for Saturday but other than that it was good. We really enjoyed our time there.

This hotel was clean. It had nice new tile on the bathroom floor. It had a nice clean table tucked in the corner. We were able to pull it out near the bed, to play cards, as there was only one chair. The wall lamp was on the opposite side of the bed. Something had damaged the mirror and dresser. The TV and heat worked. There is nowhere to hang your coat or clothes, no plastic cups, no toilet paper roll holder. They did have shampoo and soap, bath towels and wash cloth, no hand towel. The water was hot in the shower. All in all, it's a small room, with some oddities, but fine for place to stay. The pool water looked a funny color, but it may be from people bringing in sand and dirt from the beach? It is located right at the southern end of the paved boardwalk, nice walk.

First off, every elevator that we used was shaky and felt like it was not properly secure in the shaft. This causes to resort to using the staircase. Every step seem to be a different dimension and it was hard just to walk up and down the stairs. You also have to duck when you get to the end of the stairs because the ceiling is much lower at the base of the stairs for some reason. Our room, 528, the door key had to be tapped about eight times every time in order to unlock the door. Trying to lock the door when you want to leave takes about 15 minutes. You have to jiggle the handle in combination with using the card to try to trick it to lock. I reported the key issues to staff member and they told me that the lock batteries were probably just low. The next day when we came back from lunch, our door was completely unlocked and not fully closed. The sink in our room barely ran out of Trickle, with both hot and cold water. With this being a pet friendly hotel, I did expect some level of grunginess but this was absurd. The ice machines were all on the first floor and locked in a room, making you have to get an attendant every time you need ice. Parking spaces were way too close together and it was extremely hard to drive through the parking lot even with a small vehicle. The remote control to the television in the bedroom was busted. The mattress also felt like sleeping directly on a box spring. This is definitely a case of, you get what you pay for.

Had multiple pools great for families with little ones. The elevators worked! Floors were clean, walls were clean. They no longer provide a full kitchenette in the rooms but i think that made the rooms nicer in the long run. We went during off season and got an a amazing deal on a room with a balcony off the beach

Didn’t have hot water ! Couldn’t get the front desk to stay on the phone they would hang up on us . When we had the staff come to the room they did not knock before coming in thank goodness I had the lock flipped over or the man would’ve walked right in . The jet tubs could’ve been a lot cleaner I had to run a tub full and clean the jets myself !! There was blood on the wall burn marks in the bathroom on the counter top . And the tvs u had to log in to ur own account to even watch anything .

Room was decent. It wasnt very clean. There were hairs all in the tub and the check in staff was extremely rude.

This hotel should be demolished and rebuilt. Absolutely awful. Floor was destroyed, walls were filthy, nothing was clean-bathroom looked as if it hasn’t been cleaned in months, mold on the faucets, door barely locked-screws were missing on the lock. Had to used the stairs to go up and down 4 stories because the elevator shook-did not feel safe at all.

I stayed here during the off season, so it was very quiet and peaceful in my oceanfront room.

Liked the Ocean View DIDN'T like that ANIMALS were allowed to stay in rooms I think that's very unsanitary. Children were not supervised in the pool area they took over everything and very rude and noisy

Service was fair. Hotel was clean but very run down. We had an ocean front room and the views were incredible. So nice sitting on balcony. Kind of overpriced with there service fees and extras. Air condition only half worked but sufficient. But wasn’t very hot out.
