Front service was bad, no eye contact, no smiles and no saying any words but location and lodging was good. We had a wonderful time because Trip.com agent was a professional angle good service.

The first room didn’t have heat. It took several hours and 3 calls to customer service for them to tell us the maintenance staff were gone. We finally got moved to a room with heat close to midnight. Everything was great from that point on.

We upgraded to the 2 bedroom suite ocean front. It was perfect and relaxing. There was so much space and the property is quiet

Check-in staff was incredibly nice and efficient. Even though it states you have to check in at a different location it is still connected and parking is a very short walk. Room was excellent! Though it was the off season there was live music that was very entertaining.

...Our neighbors toilet waste came through our kitchen sink.. It was horrible. We had to open our cold balcony door to air out the room.

I always enjoy the Royal Palms Resort on Kingston Plantation. This is my 2nd visit in less than 8 weeks. Jeanine and Shonda always take good care of me & my family when we visit. The area is well kept and clean. This is my new "getaway" spot!
