Located at the end of Murren, it takes 10 minutes to walk from the station to the hotel, but next door is the cable car station up to Sherwin Peak, but maintenance is a bit noisy
Unlucky to live on the lowest floor, without air conditioning need to open the terrace door for ventilation, but outside the terrace is connected to other rooms, plus insects can easily enter the room
There was basically nothing good for breakfast, however the restaurant aunt was very Nice

I really want to give all five points because the environment and location rooms are really great.
A few steps from the train station, the most five minutes walk, the train down the mountain or up the Jungfrau is there. The room is large and the package is very good. Sitting on the balcony, you can see the waterfall and the beautiful town of Lauterbrunnen. The bathroom is a bit flawed, and the bath water will overflow the bathroom a little, but because it is far from the room, it does not affect.
The service staff was very warm and friendly. The breakfast was great, there were many choices, and the view of the restaurant was first class. Dinner needs to be booked, it is also very good, slightly salty.
Why give one less point on the facilities? Because there is no hot water bottle, and the restaurant is not available. This is nothing in normal times, mainly because my son has a cold, coughing more after drinking cold water, and there is really nowhere to solve it in the middle of the mountain at night. At this time, I can really appreciate the importance of a hot water bottle. However, there is no indication that the room has a hot water bottle on the booking interface. I didn't notice it and I can't blame the merchant. I hope that the merchant can increase or spare it for guests in need.

This is a treasure hotel. It is rare to come across such an unforgettable hotel. The location is in Wengen, not very central like Interlaken, but the train station is not far away and can be easily reached on foot. The service staff is very enthusiastic. Because I asked to expedite the laundry, they also tried their best to help. The most important thing is that the balcony of the room looks out to the distant mountains, and the scenery is beautiful! Sitting on the balcony and watching the sun shining on the mountains and the waterfall, I can't help but feel a lot of emotions. There is such a hotel in the world. The breakfast is very rich. We stayed here in April. The location is very good as it’s just near Wengen train station. The breakfast is good! 😊 The staff are nice. However, as they are doing some renovations, we have to go to a different hotel if we want to use hotel amenities. Apart from that everything is good. Recommended!

The scenery outside the balcony is so beautiful. This is a very historic hotel. It should be a wealthy villa in ancient Europe, so some rooms are beautiful master bedrooms and guest bedrooms, and some are very poor servant rooms, such as single rooms, which are pitifully small and have no scenery.
The double room we booked is very beautiful. Because we brought children, we didn't pay attention to choosing 3 beds when booking, so the waiter needed to make a temporary arrangement. The beautiful girl at the front desk was very patient and gave a very favorable price. It felt very good.
The disadvantage is that although it is only more than 300 meters away from the station, it is a steep slope. Everyone who comes to the hotel is out of breath and needs to climb mountains to return to the hotel.
