The worst hotel ever to stay the staff don’t know how to deal with guests . Such a pathetic management plus you cannot trust staff for your belongings. Will never visit again. Can’t believe that these kind of luxurious and reputable hotel also holds such kind of management. Really disappointed!

I recently stayed here for business purpose and totally loved the experience. Their service was too good. Immensely satisfied with my stay. All staff members including Manager Ops and housekeeping, they personally took care of the services throughout the stay. were very courteous and kind. The room was spacious, smelled nice and had beautiful interior. Stay at this place is the revival of Murree city offering comfortable stay with beautiful view. For anyone looking for an amazing experience and enjoy Murree’s serenity should stay here. Would love to come back to this place to stay every time i visit Murree.

Best Hotel in Murree. Safe and Secure Environment. Nice location. Outclass rooms and facilities with outstanding service. View was good. Breakfast was amazing. Best place for families. All amenities were complete. It was good trip i just enjoyed hotel.

The hotel is very nicely maintained and in a great position. Staff members are friendly and helpful and it is a good place to stay or have a meal. There also are some good views from the terrace and the hotel is close to some lovely beauty spots. Needless to say, a car is essential

The hotel is set in a property that is over 100 years old and they have done everything in their power to give it a restored property feel (in the main wing). If we can ignore the concrete buildings disrupting the view - it’s pretty spectacular. Lastly the drive from Islamabad is pretty decent too, 2 hours with good roads. Now the negatives: - the service is extremely slow and inconsistent. (unless you are celebrity). 3 nights stay in a junior suite and I never got a mini bar in my room. - Room service is not available at night. Given that the location is remote with nothing at a walking distance, this is a pretty big minus. If you get hungry or crave coffee late night or even early morning at like 6/7am you have to wait. - Breakfast (in room or restaurant) does not open before 8am. So early risers have to wait. - housekeeping is slow and even daily room cleaning needs multiple reminders. - menu and food options are pretty limited - and only the desi (local Pakistani) food is good. Everything else from Chinese to Sandwiches were a miss. Better to order on your foodpanda app.

Overall experience was amazing, the staff, hospitality was just amazing. The hotel has scenic terrices and location is superb. Beautiful weather adds to the experience. Worth the price, will go again.

I had a nice 2 night stay at Hotel Cecil. This is a great choice for a cozy and comfortable stay in the mountains. It is family friendly as well. You can expect clean rooms and decent living quarters complete with fridge, multiple TVs etc. The staff took amazing care of me, specifically housekeeping Manager Mirza personally ensured I was comfortable and had everything I needed. He arranged for my dry cleaning with a quick turnaround which was appreciated. Also, the restaurant staff server Rameez was very kind and thoughtful at breakfast. Mohsin the restaurant assistant manager ensured I had my dietary requirements met as well. Overall you can expect a very high level of hospitality. What is also nice about the hotel is the location- It is a short 5/6 minute walk from the main shopping market area so you can easily walk there and return to a more quiet restful area to sleep. Thank you for the pleasant stay.

PROS: Nice, clean and newly built stylish motel type hotel just 10 minutes walk from the famous Mall Road in Murree. Good thing they have Inverter Split ACs that also act as Heaters in cold weather so you don't rely on old style coil or gas heaters. Warm water was plenty which is a must in winter. They have a nice 3-bed suite for big family and for single room they do offer apartment type lounge separate to the room which is good. Hotel staff are quite friendly and cooperative. Location is away from the hussle but close to it as well, Internet was great and smart TV is available. CONS: It has an elevator but still some steps up and down are required to access the rooms, just like most hotels in Murree and Nathiagali. Breakfast is OK but would be nice to have pancakes, waffles, sausages or french toast for kids. They did not entertain credit cards, and do not provide mattresses if you need one. Room service shuts down around 10:30pm so you have to go out for late dinners. We might go there again, but hope they fix the above soon
