"Good afternoon. A month ago, I decided to treat a friend and his partner to an experience at the Roman baths. I called and booked the experience for today, March 22nd, at 1:00 PM. At that time, they told me the payment method was by bank transfer or on the spot. Since it was a gift, I decided to make the transfer directly to the account number they provided. The surprise was that this couple called me before entering because they were told at reception that it was reserved but not paid for. I provided them with proof of payment for the transfer, but they simply said it wasn't valid. They couldn't verify whether it had been paid. Therefore, I doubted the receipt. They called me again, and I personally contacted reception to explain how I booked the service. In the end, despite numerous drawbacks, they checked the account number and let them in. But I think it's unfair; it seems like a lack of management on your part, and what should have been an unforgettable experience turns into something disappointing.
