Ulasan Vivere Hotel and Resorts

Very friendly and accommodating staff. The rooms feel dated, but Vivere has maintained the homey feel of the rooms. Definitely my favorite place to stay in Alabang.

Nice hotel. But expensive for the location. Breakfast was okay. I stayed there for a wedding.

I love the design and scent of the lobby. Needs to improve more their costumer care and their buffetl breakfast.

Staff are very friendly! Top class. Cleanliness is a bit disappointing particularly in the toilet (shower room) since I see stains near the drainage where it can be easily removed by special cleaning products. I also asked room service for a plate and cutleries and they told me they will bring it to my room but nobody came.

Convenient location with a big mall just walking distance. Amazing service crew and decent breakfast to start the day. Big room with comfortable bed. 👍🏻 Highly recommended.

excellent room great for my family

Naglakad lang kami ng sister ko and her kids going to the hotel from festival mall. When we were going in to the hotel (mag check in pa lang kami), no one assist us or open the door for us. Then I saw some staff running and rushing towards the car that stopped in front of the hotel. And so busy to assist the guests. Just felt sad and felt discriminated. During breakfast naman, I understand that because it's raining the outside table cannot be used so we had to wait, standing lang. If there's no table available, dapat they just called sa room to give update for their guests so they don't have to stand and wait long. Food is good naman but can be improve. We appreciate our server Simon, he was so attentive and taking care of our table and even to the other guests. Giving the same treatment to everyone and no discrimination hehe. Thank you for that. Also Thank you to Ms. Elvie the general manager. She's very approachable and she makes sure all the guests were well assisted.

Tacky decor. Weird smell. Room is spacious but the bed is only a standard queen. So for families you wants to share a bigger bed with their child, find another option. Lounge area by the reception is oddly designed. Like a weird hotel from the 80s with dirty white sofa in faux leather. Pls renovate , its looks awful.
