駅から程近く、歩いて旧市街にいける立地です。
エレベーターがないため、重い荷物を持っている人は結構大変ですので、注意です。

I am absolutely disgusted with this hotel, which is under construction. The noise is catastrophic. I left first day. No-Refund policy and owner is nowhere to be found, so I lost $1,000 US on this POS hotel. Rooms filthy; linens smell FISHY; mice in walls. ZERO STARS. Be WARNED. Criminal. It’s purely a money-making scheme. Look elsewhere!!

OK hotel, fairly cheap and mostly clean with decent breakfast. Front desk service was extremely rude with poor communication -- attempted to overcharge us and blamed an employee who was no longer with the hotel for what he claimed was an incorrect booking. We stood our ground, produced email messages with dates. He finally called "the boss" who promptly agreed to fix it. This gentleman worked the evening of May 7. Use caution if booking!

The property was close to the train station, and15 minutes walk to tourist district. The walk up the stairs was a bit tough with luggage. Breakfast was good, staff very helpful. Clean but small rooms, comfortable beds, bedding.

We really enjoyed our one night stay at Hotel Eder. The service at the front desk was very warm and friendly, and the breakfast room was so quaint with a great selection of breads and pastries. Our quad room was nicely set out with 2 singles in one area and a queen in another. The staff were kind enough to hold our bags after checkout until our afternoon train. Recommended!

No elevator, rickety stairs. We used the luggage storage and they don't have a 24 hr desk attendant. After 10pm until not sure when, you have to call another hotel. We needed to leave for an early flight and had to call to try to retrieve our luggage. The guy they have to respond is not friendly at all. I stayed here years ago, but certainly won't be staying here again.

This is a nice small hotel near tourist sights, shopping, transportation, and restaurants. There is a lot of construction in Munich and the noise started at 7 am. I was also very cold in my room despite the radiator being warm.

We only stayed here 1 night during Oktober fest for the convenient location. The place is perfect for short stay in München right across the main train station.
