The room was clean and tidy, more spacious than expected. The functional kitchen also features a microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Swift check-in and check-out process. The location was also great, with a bus stop located ~2mins walk away and s bahn ~10mins walk away.

# Apartment didn’t get cleaned during the entire 5 days stay, regarding the hotel cleaning only after 7 days, after complaint we got new towels. # Upper floor is very low, only 1m high not possible for adults. # 7am in the morning outside work with trucks started every day. # Shower place was covered just with a small glass barrier, after showering the bath room was completely under water, bad construction. # Beds where very soft, sofa not comfortable, room was VERY small for a family of 3. # Airco was VERY noisy. # Roof top bar closed at 7pm already.

Great stay. Room being upgraded. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Also got some yoga class for free.

A wonderful stay, though perhaps its Christmas they ran out of a few things (herbal tea, dishwashing liquid) but overall a good week's stay. Friendly staff and only 2min walk to Aidenbachstraße U bahn (opposite exit from bus station - see pic, use hofmanstrasse exit) Mezzanine suite has limited head space hence if kids get older, prob that won't work.

lovely space in terms of functionality and design! location was great too, being easily connected to the metro station. one thing to note if you drive though - free street parking is really based on luck, and the streets were mostly full during our 5 nights there. prepare to top up €15 per night parking if you don’t want to live with the uncertainty of having a parking space when you are on a holiday. overall, we enjoyed our stay in this cool hotel.

The room is great with all the necessary amenities, including a washer. Perfect for a family of 4, the only downside is that the parking requires you to walk a short distance

Wonderful apartment style hotel, amenities great including lounge & workspace, bar, luxury restaurant (bit out of our price range but looked nice), gym, classes, pool and sauna (photo below). Apartment was clean and spacious, and terrace was lovely, although a bit cold and snowy in November. Buffet is €25pp breakfast which was a bit poor for what we paid, there wasn’t much left and it wasn’t refilled. All locally sourced products though. Hotel is very close to Aidenbachstraße bus station and underground station so super easy to travel into the city, about 10-20 minutes.

Strategically located to the S-Bahn,, and U-bahn and bus station. Very contemporary and tech enabled apartment. It has F&B outlets like cafe, restaurant and bar. It also has co-working spaces. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

The entrance, located at 0 floor without a parking space, is really hard to unload the luggage. You have to unload there and drag it downstairs to -1 floor ( lobby level) Good luck if you are traveling with kids! Also, finding a parking place nearby might take you 1 hour.

Very clean and beautiful hotel! Good sound insulation! The location is also quite good. We could walk to the nearest metro station within 5 minutes. There's only a disappointed point is the attitude of the bar staff.

This hotel was so hard to find and the parking was even harder to find. The area is under construction so everywhere around is a bit of a mess. The room was great, I jist did not like the height of the room up the stairs. You have to stay bent the whole time you go upstairs and it’s really just for lying on the bed. Besides that, everything was good. We had a late check out but someone came to knock on the door in the morning while we were sleeping so that was annoying as he woke us up for nothing. Then our room card did not work because they had forgotten to add the late checkout. One of the receptionists was rude when I went to tell her about the problem so yeah…great hotel, rude staff…

Check in was a breeze. There was carpark that you could pay 10euros for unlimited in and out for a day. That’s super cheap and easy for parking in Europe. Deffo a plus. Room is a wee bit small for families but it’s still perfect in terms of cleanliness. Also it is still pretty new. Bathroom was good too. They’ve managed to packed in a washer dryer that worked without a problem and that was exactly what I wanted. Tv is a little basic without built in Netflix and Chromecast wouldn’t work. So it’s only German channels or YouTube. Overall i am fussy traveller and would totally return or recommend this place
