I really enjoyed my stay here: The hotel is located in a clean, safe, calm neighbourhood and has quick, easy access to both the tram and subway. Getting from the main train station to the hotel by subway was quick and easy. I would definitely stay here again. My room was the perfect size for a business trip and would also be perfect for a personal trip. The bed was comfortable and I slept well, I enjoyed the decor. The shower stall was sufficiently large for me but larger people might prefer something more spacious.There is a small window - the temperature in the room was nice at this time of year but it would likely be hot in the summer, as there is no AC. I enjoyed having breakfast in the lobby - there are a number of cold and hot options (scrambled eggs and bacon) and the atmosphere is calm and pleasant. The highlight of my stay was the staff: They were all very welcoming, kind, and helpful throughout my stay. Thank you!

Amazing, boutique like hotel in a quite neighbourhood close to historic part of downtown Munich with a modern design. Nice variety of food options for breakfast and welcoming staff.

Interesting history as an ice factory with an innovative ice rink. Now bang up to date hotel. Quiet residential neighbourhood with restaurants and food shops nearby. Few minutes walk from Lehel underground and tram stops.

Modern industrial style hotel. Clean and warm during winter time. Although not sure if it will be as good during hot summer day as I can't see any air conditioning, only heater. Service were great, friendly and helpful. Another great things about this hotel is their fair policy if you decided to not to ask for room service for cleaning it gave you a choice between wines, beer or others. Which I found it really fair for customer! I hope this can We were opting for a bottle of Riesling and it wasn't disapointing. I hope more hotels have this policy.

We've just had a 4 night stay at Unsölds, the hotel is an easy 3 minute walk to the nearest u-bahn station, or a 15-20 minute walk into Marienplatz, and to the Frauenkirche, Hofbräuhaus etc. The hotel itself has a great modern vibe, really clean and well presented rooms and exceptionally friendly service from all the staff, particularly Yonko in the bar! It was the perfect base for exploring this beauful city and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Munich!

Unsolds Factory Hotel is a small hotel. It is clean and well maintained. Staffs are helpful. The breakfast includes main items e.g. eggs, sausages, bacons, breads, coffee and tea. The hotel is walking distance to Lehel U bahn station. It is possible to walk to Marienplatz ( around 20mins ). It is in a quiet neighbourhood, especially at night. There are few cafes, restaurants and bakeries nearby. English Garden is about 5 mins walk.

Really lovely hotel, nicely designed in a quiet neighbourhood. A little walk to the main part of Munich but still lots of things nearby including cafes and restaurants and the Museum

Room was lovely, clean and beds were comfortable. Room was very warm when radiator was turned off. Would have been nice to have a kettle. Room service did not provide clean glasses. The area that the hotel is in was very well connected using the lehel station and was also in walking distance to key spots. However, the area was extremely quiet at night. Staff - The waiter at breakfast was lovely, two receptionists tried to helpful, however, would give opposite advice to one another.
