The room is clean and new. However, although the staff members were friendly, the staff members seemed to be slow responding to our requests.

周邊很空盪，出行一定是要駕車的，房間很新

誤點錯日期，1-2小時後要求更改，未能實際入住，攜程幫我協調了3天仍失敗。

現代風格裝修，實用性強過凱賓斯基四季酒店，購物吃飯地段算太方便，早餐好，酒店的餐廳很好晚餐可選擇酒店吃，沒有行李員，其他服務還是不錯的

This hotel is outstanding. We had the pleasure of meeting Christoph, the AMF&B and he is so knowledgeable and hospitable. He made a lot of a really great recommendations, and was very attentive. Mara in the breakfast area is outstanding and is super friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet is 10 out of 10. Lots of options, whether you’re vegan, or particular, there is something for everyone. The accommodations are amazing. We reserved 2 suites and they are both beautiful. We are traveling with our senior Mom, and she feels safe and comfortable. Linens are white and fresh and the towels and toiletries are top notch. The bedding is comfortable and the housekeeping staff is prompt and professional. The shower is a rain type of shower, and is strong, and really great. The lighting in the rooms are bright, and the room itself is modern and very clean. In room water, soft drinks and snacks, slippers, robes for use, are provided at no charge. The restaurant on-site is delicious and the fare and drinks at the bar are exceptional. The servers and bar staff are attentive, and this bar is super busy with locals and hotel guests. We had dinner at the bar and it arrived promptly and was delicious. there’s also a grab and go café at the hotel which is also very nice. From check in to our current stay at the hotel, we have felt valued and welcomed. This hotel is pristine and beautiful. The lobby has lots of places to relax and people watch or work. The WiFi is fast and the Front Desk experience is on point. We are here for seven nights, and we are sorry we did not come sooner. We have been able to rest, and enjoy the hotel. There is also an on-site spa that has very generous hours, and an extensive menu of services for you to try. Two blocks away you will find an ATM that you can use your US debit card, and receive euros. There is also a small shop that has snacks, etc. about two blocks away as well. Worth a mention as parking in this city is challenging, the hotel does have on-site parking, which is easy and very safe. It is evident that the GM is very involved and is leading this team to be successful. It is noticeable in all aspects of the hotel. I am a tough critic, as I am in the hospitality industry. We have met so many amazing team members, you can tell that customer service is instilled in each of them. If you are thinking of a place to stay in Munich, don’t hesitate to book this hotel. it’s the perfect location, and is suitable for business or pleasure. Or both! It is also highly awarded, and so deserving of all of the accolades.

Absolutely loved our stay at Andaz Munich! This hotel is the epitome of modern style and luxury. The design throughout is stunning, from the lobby to the rooms. The spa is a haven of relaxation, and the rooftop bar offers spectacular views and delicious cocktails. Don't miss the steak restaurant—it's truly outstanding! If you're planning a trip to Munich, I highly recommend saving this gem of a hotel. Can't wait to return!

My stay in this hotel was really perfect. Nice staff, big room, perfect pool and perfect breakfast. Parking in garage with many places. Little bit higher price, but with super services. For sure I will stay there again.

First class hotel with excellent staff and ambiance. We received a suite upgrade and enjoyed everything it offered. Rainy weather to use nice slippers and warm rain shower. Tub huge. In a corner, so we had windows on two long sides with electric operated drapes. Missed having a lounge area for evening treats but the breakfast was exceptional with massive variety of food choices, including made to order hot dishes. Only negative for tourists is distance to old town attractions and kick off meeting area for tours. Tram and underground is available. Fun fact… our room was at opposite end of hotel from elevator, so it’s a hike. Good exercise.

The hotel is not located in a very central area but with the train it is easy to get around. Breakfast is very pricey and no different than any other hotel breakfast, instead we found a family owned German bakery near by which we enjoyed having breakfast at. Its only 3min walk from the hotel. Spa, rooms are nice but when booking the amazing view is promised but not all rooms include this.

A high quality hotel with exceptional service. As a first time visitor to Munich, I was very happy with my choice to stay here. There is a tram stop a 20 second walk from the front door of the hotel. This can take you into the city, to buses, and the subway. No problems at all for transportation! The decor of the hotel is modern and minimalist. The staff are all incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the area with recommendations. I visited the pool and spa twice (once on a Sunday afternoon on and once on a Tuesday evening), and both times, it was not busy at all. The pool is refreshing. No hot tub. Mini bar was restocked with two types of water each day. No snacks were provided in the minibar. Breakfast is great, with a large variety of buffet items, and well as order your own eggs and other items. On the breakfast patio, we watched children riding their bikes to school, the neighbourhood is very peaceful and pleasant. The Lonely Broccoli dinner was outstanding as well. Overall, a very amazing stay for a first visit to the city!
