Other than unwarranted drilling noice the stay was good as per expectations. The room cleaning was delayed on some days and had to be notified multiple times.

The experience at hotel leafio was excellent and good for a short term stay. Rooms were really clean, washrooms were clean, and the ambience of the room was decent for a short stay for business travellers on the run. The check in and check our experience at reception was also good, the staff was polite and humble.

There is no window in the room and the staff is also not supportive even asked so many times for tv channels they denied to access as they recharge the tv plan for free channels

They stay was very good, rooms were small but that was expected, location was perfect in the centre of mumbai, staff was helpful, rooms were mostly clean and definitely its value for money as well. All in all i would recommend to others and will also book again as its value for money

Overall it was good as per stay is concern, but the breakfast service was horrible at 8 am in the morning. Staff at the counter are least bothered and they take their own sweet time to serve.

The matress of the room were single bed which made difficult in sleeping. The food conner didn't have fan. It was preety hot. As per the room rates the service provided was not up to the mark

Unprofessional staff at front office manager do not book this hotel they don't have courtesy to take care of there if you book this hotel they will cheat you there are many hotel beside,if you book this hotel you will waste ur money ,I had very bad experience hotel is good but staff and manager as very unprofessional and pathetic,no manners If you're staying and you had any complain regarding service manager will tell your to get out if you don't want to stay very very very very very very very poor and pathetic experience I had in my stay zero tolerance

Service was not up to the mark and rooms are not clean found mice air ventilation ac duck. Whole night got trouble. No food service at room.
