Ulasan Taj Santacruz

Untuk memulainya, proses checkin sangat lancar tetapi kamarnya terlalu jauh dari lift sehingga kami h***s berjalan jauh setiap kali h***s keluar. Resepsionis hotel bahkan tidak menyediakan layanan pengambilan p****l dan pengantaran ke ruangan tapi itu bisa dimengerti karena lingkungan saat ini. Hotel seperti Taj kehabisan stok garam ***di, bisakah ini dipercaya? sayangnya hal ini terjadi. Akhirnya itu adalah sarapan terburuk yang pernah kami punya di hotel bintang 5, pavnya tidak segar, tehnya penuh encer, satu-satunya hal yang baik adalah kue pan dan jus se***gka. Punya banyak harapan dari Taj yang berujung pada kekecewaan.

Beautiful place to relax with your loved once. Clean n tidy. Unmatchable service U cany expect anything extra since it is The TAJ.

Excellent service, reception desk to housekeeping staff were excellent and very helpful, and understanding I can not expect more than what the hotel delivered to us, Breakfast and staff members excellent, overall rating for this hotel I would give more than 100.

Lovely and cosy Rooms... Spacious too. Only worry cud be if you use Ola or Uber to travel here as they end up charging Airport parking charges illegally. So beware.

Amazing hotel and the staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. This was our 1st experience of India and they got us so comfortable. It really helped the children cope with the hustle and bustle of Mumbai

The Taj Hotel is excellent, I gifted this stay to my parents on their Wedding Anniversary, they loved it, Taj offers Birthday Cake service so I opted for it. but there was no way to tell them it is not a birthday, when my parents arrived the entire room was filled with balloons and Happy Birthday messages, I wish they could reach out and ask for more details. or if there was a way to tell them that the cake is for anniversary or other function and not for birthday so that they can decorate the room appropriately. apart from that the rest of the stay was excellent, my parents were happy with their experience.
