Tui Blue Manar

We stayed for 7 nights and enjoyed every moment we were here. The people of Tunisia are very very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is in a great location just yards from the beach. Sun loungers on clean white sand with a super relaxed atmosphere have made for a truly memorable holiday. The hotel staff are nothing short of fantastic, all of them deserve praise but a few stood out and are worthy of an extra mention... The food was excellent at every sitting and was of a very high standard. You'd have to be an incredibly fussy eater to not find something delightful to eat. The beef medallions were exquisite... truly mouth watering. We were waited on every evening by a very attentive waiter, Ramzi. He was polite and a great addition to the restaurant and it's staff. They were all excellent. Our room 1436, was cleaned every day by a gentleman who did a stellar job and was super friendly and chatty and professional every time, we are unsure of his name. We will save our biggest thanks for a member of the Tui Blue staff, Zied. After arranging our excursions for us - and doing a great job at that - he helped my partner with a medical problem she developed. He went out of his way in his own time to visit a pharmacy for us and when that was not fruitful he contacted a doctor direct and helped us obtain what was needed. A big thank you to Zied. Overall it has been a fantastic stay, with fantastic weather (even during November) and has given us a great reason to return. We would also like to give praise to the 'relax pool' lifeguard, again we are unsure of his name. We know that he has worked here for 25 years, he offers 'top service' and truly delivers on that mantra - nothing is too much trouble for him and again another great addition to the hotels staff team. Overall it has been a fantastic and most memorable stay in a country that is incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Our experience with Tui Blue Manar was amazing! From the staff, to the environment, to the hospitality, and not forgetting the ease of access to everything you need via the Tui Blue app! Absolutely amazing. I went with my daughter and my parents, overall I would rate the stay & experience 10/10, having been to many resort holidays before, this has got to be one of the top ones! Very happy & definitely highly recommend! Special thanks to Noura & Nabil who went above and beyond with arranging a surprise birthday arrangement for me, after just a mention that it was my birthday. She was available throughout the holiday, approachable, big smiles & made it an extremely memorable experience for us! Happy Happy :)

What a fabulous holiday from the room and the swim up pool to all of the staff, from the restaurant to the entertainment, Faris and mahdididana; the wonderful bar staff who are so lovely ☺️ and to Zied who we saw daily and organised our quad experience with. Thank you all the staff who are so friendly and always greet with a smile. The food was absolutely amazing top chefs such wonderful creations and delicious weather was lovely too we would definitely recommend and will return weather was gorgeous too just right

What a treat found out day before was going. Fab hotel bright and clean. Staff were exemplary always a smile and on it. Food choice good love the patisserie. Bread was fresh every day. Shout out to Amir and MoMo who fixed my glasses what a star top service

Overall we had a nice time at the Manar hotel. The entertainment team are really good with the kids. As a family we struggled with the mix of entertainment as it is very much aimed at 2-8 year old children. Our kids are 10 & 12 so just outside the target age range for what was quite babish entertainment. There was a group called the hideout for 12+ but having a 10 + 12 year they wouldn't separate and leave the ten year old alone. Food was great a little repetitive at times but still something to eat each day. The sandwich shack was good and made great paninis. Activity pool was very active and you'll either love it or hate it.... Personally I loved it as I like to mingle but my partner didn't as it was to splashy and always run the risk of being hit in the face by a ball or Inflatable. The quiet pool was nice but didn't think much of the lifeguard has was quite rude to people around the pool who so much as coughed. Pointing and shouting quite people and blowing his whistle none stop. Became very irritating that the person making all the noise was actually only the lifeguard himself. Beach was nice, good to have the bar available too so wasn't having to walk far for drinks. Water was warm and sea was calm. Overall the hotel ticked a lot of boxes for a family holiday. I don't think personally we would return, but this is just based on the age of our children. If we had kids that were between 2-8 I think I'd book again for next year. Every young child looked like they were living their best life. And it was great to see younger family's having so much fun. Customer service overall was great and the hotel has a lot going for it.
