If you're staying in Kathmandu, this hotel is a good choice. The best thing about it is that it's a new hotel (opening in 2024). Everyone, including the staff, spa staff, and breakfast staff, is very cooperative. Also, everything is well-maintained, including the showers and toilets in the rooms, Wi-Fi, electronic key cards, and internet TV. I'm sorry to say that other hotels tend to be a little older, with broken, slightly dirty, or non-working electronic devices. The hotel is well situated in a quiet area, but within proximity to shops and restaurants, though a bit of a walk to Thamel. The hotels amenities are good and the M club lounge is a nice to have if u book the lounge access. The one negative thing is that the hotel overcharges on airport transportation (USD 35) and picks you up in a old Honda.
