Hotel Mountain View Room Lijiang

The hotel is really near the North gate. It is just a two minutes walk from the main road. Cassie our super host helped us to book our transports. The cost from the hotel to the railway is 60 yuan for a van that can accommodate 5-6 people. Cassie also helped us book the JDSM tickets + lijiang impression show with private transport for RM 355 per person and helped us book a transport ( for 5-7 pax) to ferry us around for a day tour of Dali for 700 yuan. It was really a blessing to have Cassie around as she helped us with almost all the transport arrangement. Thank you so much Songzhuju and Cassie! Dear Cassie, we shall miss your hospitality 🥰🥰🥰

Nice room with a great environment! The breakfast was not only presentable but also delicious. The hotel is kid-friendly, making it a perfect stay for families. The staff were warm and welcoming, making our experience even better. Definitely worth the money! ❤️

This was one of the loveliest stays I’ve had—the accommodations were absolutely gorgeous and dedication to the finer details was so impressive. Our kids had a wonderful time with the indoor slide in the room and the play area. What really set this stay apart from any other, however, was the incredible service from the team, in particular, from Ah Xing. Days prior to our check in, I received a message from the team to let me know that Ah Xing would be our butler. We stayed in communication and he made sure that our arrival at the Lijiang Train Station was seamless and our room was comfortable for our family. But it was his warm and gracious hospitality that truly made our time so memorable—from sharing with us tea culture, to guiding us through the old town, to waiting for us as we visited the stores, to going the extra mile to order for delivery the flower cakes that we enjoyed so much, Ah Xing was the perfect host. Paralloge is lucky to have him!

Words can’t even describe how great the level of hospitality we have received on this trip. It felt like China was so warm and welcoming, I want to introduce all my friends and family to visit Lijiang because of this experience. Shout out to one of the boss, Xiang Zi, he’s now our dear friend! I have booked 2 of the bigger rooms, the view was beautiful, well furnished, spacious and clean. The house keeping was good and trustworthy. The cafe has decent breakfast, the drinks are world class. I kid you not, the special drink menu is better than your CHAGEE, and I love CHAGEE. Their barista has been well trained, no wonder my husband speaks highly of the coffee he ordered. The inn also provide photography services, you can just engage their service and avoid the nearby big photography service. I find that outside photography is a scam. Paid about 1300yuan for the whole thing, only had 7 photoshopped photos and 30 other low res original photos. I don’t even like the photoshopped ones. We arrived late at night and had no problem getting to our beautiful room. There were ppl who helped us with our luggages, and we just walked 5mins to our cosy inn. The place is an ancient city, so you get to experience living in an ancient city, with modern furnishings. The view from the room is different and intriguing, the view at the cafe is romantic and calming. There are many hidden spots in this inn that we stayed in, every corner is a photo opportunity. The tea at the reception was the best I have ever tasted. Xiang Zi is a very cultured man, he makes tea, and he make sure everyone knows how to serve tea. We had so much fun here, we even extended another day here because of the owner. I highly recommend this place, not because I’m bias, but because for the price we paid, we have received toooooooo much. We are so grateful for everything for the team has done for us. From providing oxygen when we want to head up the mountain, to doing us a favour to help us to book the snow mountain tickets, to paying for our transport in advance, to helping us find our way and making sure we are safe. We are looking forward to host Xiang Zi when he visit Singapore!

Had 6 wonderful nights stay at the hotel. The hotel is just a few minutes walk to Lijiang ancient town. The hotel is built with ancient architecture but the interior is very modern. The environment is peaceful and the hotel overlook the entire old ancient city. The view is breathtaking. The hotel room is spacious and clean. The room is equipped with heated flooring and mattress. The hotel manager, 小唐 is very thoughtful. He always check in on us to ensure that we are comfortable and ensure that our requests are met. He always serves us tea, chat with us whenever he is free and explain China history which was very interesting. He personally cut fruits for us which was so nice of him. When we were out the whole day, he will turn on the aircon in our room to ensure that we come back to a warm room after a long day. It’s our first trip to China and we have very good impression of the country because of 小唐. His service is top notch 👍 and the gold standard for the hospitality industry. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Lijiang. Yunnan is such a beautiful place and the people are kind and warm.

- Perfect hotel location whixh is only 20 sec walk from the entrance. - There is the glocery store opposite the hotel. - Staff is so nice and very helpful to help me areage the one day tour. They also allow me to check out late due to my flight will be departed on 17.30 - The room is so nice and big enough - They can not speak english but they know very well on how to communicate to me with effective language translator machine.

The convenience of calling e-hailing services from the hotel was a great plus. Additionally, the thoughtful gesture of providing snacks when we couldn’t attend the breakfast session was greatly appreciated. The room was spacious, but the advertised mountain view was mostly a street view, which was disappointing, especially since we paid extra for it. The location is convenient, being close to the old town, but the street noise was a downside—earplugs were even provided. If the app would allow me to upload a video, it would be a shock to how loud the noise was even at level 9 (the highest level at the hotel). There's only one lift, so going up and down during peak hours will be a nightmare. Additionally, the hotel could use better maintenance.

Highly recommend this hotel for travellers who want to immerse themselves in Lijiang Old Town. Great location, convenient taxi drop off & pick up as hotel is situated by the main road. Very quiet despite being in the old town. Rooms are clean, well appointed with superb views of old town. Breakfast spread is delicious. Very happy with the friendly and warm services by 阿鑫, our personal concierge. She got in touch right after I booked the hotel via WeChat. Throughout our stay, she stayed connected with us daily on WeChat - very helpful and responsive when we had questions. She also suggestions and arrangements for our airport transfer & day trip to Jade Dragon Mountain even before our arrival. Thank you ❤️. Not forgetting the entire housekeeping and helpful front desk team who made us feel very welcome and at home throughout our four days stay!
