Designer Hotels Lijiang

I had a great stay at Lijiang Pu Zhi Designer Hotel HOLIDAY VILLA, located at the South Gate of The Old Town of Lijiang. It’s a convenient spot for exploring the old town, and the staff was attentive and very helpful with our luggage. The hotel offers a modern touch with whole house intelligent control, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the heartwarming breakfast and dessert they served. The hotel is also not far from the airport, adding to its convenience.

The hotel offers a stunning view that truly takes your breath away. The cleanliness and aesthetic design create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable – they were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. Special thanks to the team members who entertained us, assisted with carrying our luggage, and seamlessly organized our transportation needs. The convenience of calling e-hailing services from the hotel was a great plus. Additionally, the thoughtful gesture of providing snacks when we couldn’t attend the breakfast session was greatly appreciated. The hotel is located at the edge of Lijiang Old Town, away from the noise of the bar streets, offering a peaceful and quiet environment for a good rest. The wooden structure of the hotel reflects the traditional style of the old town while incorporating a modern design aesthetic. The butler provided excellent service, reaching out the night before to confirm check-in details and helping with luggage upon arrival. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, highly recommended to try. If you’re looking to experience the cultural charm of the old town at night while enjoying a quiet and comfortable stay, AnYu Hotel is a perfect choice!

During my Lijiang Shangrila trip on october 23rd to october 27th 2023, i stayed on 4 different hotels. Among 4 of them, this one is my least favorite. Their officer is quite nice actually. They helped to pick up my luggage when i arrived, showed me the way to the hotel, and helped to bring my luggage to the parking area. Their service during afternoon tea session was also perfect. The let down part comes from its price to value factor. This hotel has some rooms which their price are more expensive than 5 stars hotel. I have stayed in its most expensive room and the view is far from the pictures we saw in trip.com. their officer even not botheref to clean the room's window which becomes the specialty of this room. the best viewing area in this hotel is in its cafe, so if you still want to stay in this hotel just stay in its standard room and go to its cafe for picture. It also doesnt provide breakfast before 8 AM. It's the house's policy but it just not suitable for me who need to move in the morning. Nobody can speak english so that it's quite challenging for me who can not speak chinese at all. It was informed in trip.com that they provided ”good bye” snack in the evening but during my stay they didnt offer it to me. When i asked about it, the officer said that it's not available anymore. I know it just a simple thing, but they need to update the newest information. The other thing is parking area. It's not really closed with the hotel and the way from parking area to the hotel is not flat. The officer of this hotel will help you, but still, if you have many luggages you better think twice before staying inside the old town area.

The homestay is in the Hui style that I like. It is located in a corner of the south gate of the ancient city. Although it is in the ancient city, it is very quiet. The guest rooms are arranged in a staggered manner, and the sound insulation effect is good. It is quite close to Qiyi Street and Sifang Street, and there are many food stores around. Breakfast is a set meal, which is reserved the day before. The service of the aunt in the restaurant is also superb. The boss is very enthusiastic. He made black tea for us on the first day and told us to drink more water (Lijiang has a dry climate). He gave us a lot of suggestions for playing in Lijiang, and told us that the mushrooms in Lijiang are the most delicious in July and August. He also booked tickets for Lijiang Eternal Love for us. He is a very straightforward person, and must be praised 👍

Very satisfied! The location is right in the ancient town. This price can give you this experience (I have stayed in so many hotels with the best service and catering). From the front desk to the restaurant to the pick-up guy, they are all very gentle and patient. It can be seen that the boss is trying hard to convey the original intention of this hotel. I stayed for two nights in a row and upgraded to a large suite. The room space is well laid out and the facilities are complete, from straw hats to makeup remover wipes. You don't need to bring anything with you. You can just check in with your bag. What's more surprising is that the afternoon tea and dinner provided are all real, super full and delicious. The hotel's own breakfast also has staple food, desserts and coffee. In addition, you can also taste tea for free (the kind that you can chat with the boss). You can eat and eat without leaving the house! I have never stayed in a hotel with such thoughtful service. I think the hotel service in Yunnan is really good, especially in the off-season, when there are few people and the price is beautiful! ! It's really unexpected. I will stay here next time. I will miss it when I leave!!!! Yunnan is really slow-paced and simple, so it's perfect for relaxation. Excellent location at the very entrance to the ancient city, central but tucked away from the busy nightlife. The hotel has a beautiful courtyard to relax. The breakfast is very good and plentiful. I could never finish it! The room was big, clean and had all the comforts. The best part of my stay, however, was the exceptional service provided by the hotel owner. He took the time to recommend some great spots to visit in Linjiang, arranged a fabulous two-day tour to Shangri-la and, despite my total lack of Chinese, had the time and the patience to have a long chat with me over some wonderful pu'er tea. I felt like I was being looked after by family. I will definitely come back.

Excellent hospitality and services provided by the hotel from first day till the end. Infact they also offered tour services to Jade Snow Mountain and Tiger Leaping Gorge. However the wechat conversation came a bit late as we already book in advance elsewhere. The 270 deg room is the best room with view of Lijiang old town. A bit cold as no heater equipped. But electrical blanket served the purpose. Water with heater. Located on top of the hill. So stepping lots of stairs to reach the hotel from old town. Driver and luggages pickup services provided.

A very satisfying experience. From before check-in to the end, the housekeeper communicated very carefully throughout the whole process. If you encounter any problems, just contact the housekeeper and it's done. A friend who was traveling with me had a fever due to altitude sickness. The housekeeper provided a thermometer and the nearest clinic nearby. The B&B is in the ancient town but it is very quiet and suitable for rest. The room is no different from the picture, and it is even bigger than the picture. It is super warm with floor heating and air conditioning. The other staff of the B&B are also very enthusiastic and will invite you to drink tea, chat and play billiards. There are also two Alaskans, which are very cute.
