Our 2 main goals of visiting Yunnan is Jade Dragon Snow Mountain and Tiger Leaping Gorge was facilitated by Tiramisu, the innkeeper. Initial communication gave me the confidence that I could pull off self travel in Yunnan instead of relying on tour travel throughout my stay. Needless to say, my group is very happy with arrangement as both drivers (on the two attractions) were very kind and accommodating and helped to make our trips memorable. We also relied on her great recommendations on food, salon and massage during our stay. Kudos to her! As for the hotel, its location is plus, in the ancient city and near the main road which makes for easy access to taking transport and shopping! We are also delighted with bright and airy courtyard style rooms. Highly recommended!

Nice room with a great environment! The breakfast was not only presentable but also delicious. The hotel is kid-friendly, making it a perfect stay for families. The staff were warm and welcoming, making our experience even better. Definitely worth the money! ❤️

This hotel was the best I could have has asked for, for my first trip without a guide in China and not being able to speak the language. Everything was spot on in terms of the hotel itself and the beautiful rooms and surrounding environment they offer. But what’s most impressive is the service of the staff/owner (not sure), they had helped me since before I arrived in Lijiang, offering car arrangements, room upgrades, and also finding a private tour for me and my friend group. When we arrived, he offered us snacks and also walked us to a local restaurant he recommended. Thank you!

This was one of the loveliest stays I’ve had—the accommodations were absolutely gorgeous and dedication to the finer details was so impressive. Our kids had a wonderful time with the indoor slide in the room and the play area. What really set this stay apart from any other, however, was the incredible service from the team, in particular, from Ah Xing. Days prior to our check in, I received a message from the team to let me know that Ah Xing would be our butler. We stayed in communication and he made sure that our arrival at the Lijiang Train Station was seamless and our room was comfortable for our family. But it was his warm and gracious hospitality that truly made our time so memorable—from sharing with us tea culture, to guiding us through the old town, to waiting for us as we visited the stores, to going the extra mile to order for delivery the flower cakes that we enjoyed so much, Ah Xing was the perfect host. Paralloge is lucky to have him!

Words can’t even describe how great the level of hospitality we have received on this trip. It felt like China was so warm and welcoming, I want to introduce all my friends and family to visit Lijiang because of this experience. Shout out to one of the boss, Xiang Zi, he’s now our dear friend! I have booked 2 of the bigger rooms, the view was beautiful, well furnished, spacious and clean. The house keeping was good and trustworthy. The cafe has decent breakfast, the drinks are world class. I kid you not, the special drink menu is better than your CHAGEE, and I love CHAGEE. Their barista has been well trained, no wonder my husband speaks highly of the coffee he ordered. The inn also provide photography services, you can just engage their service and avoid the nearby big photography service. I find that outside photography is a scam. Paid about 1300yuan for the whole thing, only had 7 photoshopped photos and 30 other low res original photos. I don’t even like the photoshopped ones. We arrived late at night and had no problem getting to our beautiful room. There were ppl who helped us with our luggages, and we just walked 5mins to our cosy inn. The place is an ancient city, so you get to experience living in an ancient city, with modern furnishings. The view from the room is different and intriguing, the view at the cafe is romantic and calming. There are many hidden spots in this inn that we stayed in, every corner is a photo opportunity. The tea at the reception was the best I have ever tasted. Xiang Zi is a very cultured man, he makes tea, and he make sure everyone knows how to serve tea. We had so much fun here, we even extended another day here because of the owner. I highly recommend this place, not because I’m bias, but because for the price we paid, we have received toooooooo much. We are so grateful for everything for the team has done for us. From providing oxygen when we want to head up the mountain, to doing us a favour to help us to book the snow mountain tickets, to paying for our transport in advance, to helping us find our way and making sure we are safe. We are looking forward to host Xiang Zi when he visit Singapore!

One of the best hotels we ever had. From high speed train station to hotel and back service is excellent. The staffs are friendly, smiling, have great attitudes and efficient. The location of the hotel is inside Old Town of LiJiang and very near the entrance or exit. We love the soundproof and temperature controlled rooms of the hotel. The hotel is very advance. Hopefully the management will continue the hotel's excellent service. We'll be back soon to have a vacation again in Lijiang.

Me and friends chose this guest house as our last stay in Lijiang. We just came back from our Shangrila and Yading trip. We fell in love with the place. We should’ve stay for more days here. The room is perfect. They have everything you need. The bathtub, washing machine, comfortable bed even give you breakfast and fruits. The owner is really really nice and very down to earth. One of the brother (big brother) also very funny, will always give you his biggest smile. His laugh is indeed contagious. Even though we only stay for one night, the service is really top notch. They will help with your luggage when you are check in and out. I highly recommend this stay for foreigner like us, because the brothers are really nicest people that I know in Lijiang. They are very genuine and kind. They also run a tea shop next door and grow their own tea! How cool is that! Highly recommend this guest house when you’re staying in Lijiang. The place is close to old town gate. Easy to get didi. Just walk within 5 min to the main road (near Intercontinental hotel). Thank you brothers! I will see you again when I come to Lijiang!

Reached Lijiang via Rail and took a 5rmb bus ride which I can buy the ticket before the railway station exit. It take about 40mins and alight at the North gate of the Lijiang Ancient town. Walked for about 10mins to reach the hotel. Very easy to find. It’s located right at the outer circumference of the ancient town, away from the pub music at night. The room is big, clean and comfortable. The receptionist is super friendly and helpful. I book tours with him and he will advise what tourists trap to avoid. There are a lot of food options just at the main road 10 meters away. Visited the Elephant Hill at 黑龙潭 park. Best location to see the sunrise of Yulong Mountains, best of all, it’s free if you reach there before 7am. Had a very nice tea session with the staff of the hotel. The tea is super nice and no hard selling of the tea products. We enjoyed chatting abt everything under the sun. Will definitely come back and stay here in future.

We had a great stay at this hotel the location is very convenient in Lijiang ancient town but it’s by the street so that cars can stop by the entrance of the hotel. We were welcomed by the front desk team that helped with our luggage. We initially booked a twin room but the room we had booked was a bit dark and we asked if there was any other room available. One of the employees named 阿鑫 quickly helped us to check and offered us an upgrade to a suite instead which was much better. The room was very clean and modern with a beautiful view of the ancient town. We also received free minibar and welcome fruits which was very nice. Furthermore, 阿鑫 helped us to introduce all the important tourist attractions and restaurants as well as bars. She helped to book tickets for the attractions that we wanted to visit and also followed up to see that we were happy. Her friendly and professional service made us feel very happy and we enjoyed our short stay in Lijiang very much.

Excellent location opposite Lijiang ancient town.Ypu just need to use the subway entrance 7 just at entry to hotel ground car park. Hotel itself is clean,new and nice warm rooms. Reception staff can be better with a smile.Laundry is a plus, free of charge with detergent.
