Would especially like to commend front desk staff Angela for her help making us feel right at home during our check in. Will also like to commend the uncle from the supplies dept for troubleshooting the HDMI connectivity from my laptop to the room TV. He left us a direct HDMI cable for direct connection to the TV when we found the wall HDMI socket to be not working. Will definitely come back to stay here again when there's another concert nearby!
