Hotel pemandangan pegunungan di Jenewa

I was going to arrive late in the evening last night so I wrote the hotel to enquire about transportation from the airport to the hotel. They told me very diligent it and precisely about their shuttle service. When I arrived at the hotel, the desk person, a Swiss gentleman, was extremely hospitable, friendly, authentic, detailed in a good sense, helpful and professional. He also helped me book a taxi for the next day. What a great way to welcome a guest. Really best practice. Lots of desk employees around the world should learn from him! The room was very nice, all fine. Large enough, and having all amenities. Excellent lunch at the hotel: very good cuisine. I needed to leave my luggage at the concierge: they did it all very well. The only point for improvement: when I left, I asked a lady at the reception, apparently Swiss, to help me get my luggage back and book a taxi for me. She did it but in a cold and distant way. She should go find another job in a different industry. One where she can continue being unfriendly.

Di lantai bawah terdapat stasiun kereta api, yang sangat nyaman untuk naik kereta ke kota-kota sekitarnya menggunakan Jenewa sebagai stasiun transfer. Anda juga dapat melihat hotel dari peron, dan terdapat banyak toko di stasiun kereta api Restoran Cina juga bagus. Kamarnya besar sekali, terbesar di antara hotel-hotel di Eropa, parahnya kamarnya di pinggir stasiun kereta, berisik kalau jendelanya tidak ditutup jendela oke, tapi AC-nya kurang bertenaga. Agak mengganggu kalau jendelanya panas. Fasilitasnya cukup memuaskan dan nyaman. Kereta berangkat pukul 09.10 dan Anda bisa turun tepat pukul 09.00.

確實是非常經典的酒店，但是服務態度不咋全面，我定的湖景陽台的房間，結果陽台很臟，不清潔沒法兒坐外面，然後房間裏晚上還漏光，走廊的光。我反映了這個問題，她們也完全沒反應。怎麼説呢，還是讓我有點失望的

Alexis from reception is AMAZING! He went the extra mile to make my friend comfortable despite not being able to speak a foreign language. Alexis made sure additional requests such as massages (as the hotel does not have an in-house spa) and courier pick-ups were as smooth as possible. What a man!
