EEmmanuel HemmerléI was going to arrive late in the evening last night so I wrote the hotel to enquire about transportation from the airport to the hotel. They told me very diligent it and precisely about their shuttle service. When I arrived at the hotel, the desk person, a Swiss gentleman, was extremely hospitable, friendly, authentic, detailed in a good sense, helpful and professional. He also helped me book a taxi for the next day. What a great way to welcome a guest. Really best practice. Lots of desk employees around the world should learn from him!
The room was very nice, all fine. Large enough, and having all amenities.
Excellent lunch at the hotel: very good cuisine.
I needed to leave my luggage at the concierge: they did it all very well.
The only point for improvement: when I left, I asked a lady at the reception, apparently Swiss, to help me get my luggage back and book a taxi for me. She did it but in a cold and distant way. She should go find another job in a different industry. One where she can continue being unfriendly.

PPengguna AnonimSuperbly strategic location just across the Geneva train station and is only 7 mins with the train to airport.. quite a lot of shops & eateries nearby.. about 8 mins walk to cross the lake as well... though it is near to the main road where buses, trams & cars but was too tired to hear anything.. room wise quite alright for 2 pax with 2 luggages

Très bon produit grâce à sa situation et porte bien son nom LAKE GENEVA HOTEL il est très bien situé et vous offre une extraordinaire belle vue du lac Leman de Genève et de ses montagnes tout autour.
Le personnel est chaleureusement accueillant et bienveillant et à l'écoute du client
Dès le soir de notre arrivée On nous a proposé une chambre d'angle au 1er étage avec vue sur le lac que je ne voyais pas au primabord puisque il faisait nuit et en plus au moment de la réservation sur site ce n'était pas dans les prédispositions.
Mais une fois sur place j'ai tout de suite validé malgré le petit surcoup mais cela en valait la joie et les 🤑 sur l'étendue du lac le lendemain au réveil et de son lit le spectacle etait époustouflant.
La suite sera plus agréable avec les petits déjeuner hyper copieux et surtout très bon rapport qualité prix du vrai English breakfast à côté du continental un mélange français Anglais et le restaurant est d'un niveau supérieur et les plats sont servis avec beaucoup de professionnalisme et du savoir faire dans les recettes. C'est à voir pour le croire.
Allez y sans calculer mais faites vous un petit budget puisque c'est la SUISSE et c'est GENÈVE et son LAC

CCNK_Lokasi hotelnya sempurna. Stasiun Kereta Jenewa berjarak 5 menit berjalan kaki, dan halte bus hanya berjarak dua blok, sehingga sangat nyaman untuk bepergian ke berbagai kota. Dibandingkan dengan hotel-hotel dengan harga serupa di area yang sama, eksterior hotel relatif baru, sehingga terasa seperti hotel baru.
Kamarnya persis seperti yang dijelaskan online, dan pemandangannya indah, dengan pemandangan danau sebagian.
Hotel ini juga memberi kami voucher transportasi dua hari, yang memungkinkan kami untuk menggunakan transportasi gratis di pusat kota Jenewa. Saya sangat senang! Saya pasti akan merekomendasikan hotel ini kepada teman-teman saya!

CChuanma613Kamar-kamar hotelnya luar biasa bagus. Tiba di Jenewa dengan kereta api tengah malam, naik taksi hanya butuh waktu lebih dari sepuluh menit. Meskipun tiba larut malam, staf resepsionisnya sangat ramah. Tempat duduk di lantai satu dikenakan biaya. Kamar mandi di lantai satu sangat bagus!

TTamuI went a day earlier to confirm my stay with the hotel. They couldn't find my booking. I showed them my confirmation on my phone. I was told that they can see my confirmation number but no payment was made by trip.com. They assured me that such has happened before and told me to be on the safe guard book another room as a standby. They assured me that they will not swipe my card until matter is resolved. That assurance made me check in. I kept coming to the front office every now and then and I was told it was resolved. Only on the last night I was told that by Trip.com of the error in the address. In the meantime the hotel had swiped my card. Surprisingly they did not honour the feedbacks I gave to Hotel Montana Geneve and Hotel Montana Zurich. There was no email to apologise for the oversight and delay in handling. I went to the hotel one day earlier to check, they could have attended to it and not confidently putting the blame on trip.com since there has been previous incidents where [ayment was not received.
I thought Hotel Montana group could have handled this matter better. Quite disappointing.
