This is a wonderful place to stay. I feel happy and comfortable here. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the owner is incredibly kind and lovely. When she saw I had a heavy suitcase, she arranged a van to take me to the station and quickly helped me with everything I needed. She even had a bike I could borrow and recommended some great restaurants to try.

I had a dinner meeting around Moriguchi Station on my way home from work, so I stayed at this hotel. The hotel is located in front of the station, and there is a paid parking lot about a 5-minute walk away where you can park for 660 yen for 24 hours. The hotel's exterior and interior are luxurious and well-built. The amenities were also good, so I was very satisfied with the hotel.

I have stayed with this chain in the past, so I knew what to expect. The location is a little inconvenient if you're taking the train. You have to cross the pedestrian bridge to get to the most stuff like the 7/11. My stay was relatively pleasant until my room was cleaned. I was given a duvet that had a strong smell. I went to the desk to tell them and they just started to laugh.They were laughing at the translation. I was not amused. I did get my duvet changed, but the unprofessionalism by the front desk was a bit shocking since that has never happened to me with this hotel chain.The staff was young, so I gave them a pass. I will say kudos to the lovely ladies in the kitchen. They created the most delicious breakfasts every morning.

It’s was easy to check in, the reception was good, it’s not a good place from the airport, it takes to long time, and the hotel don’t have airport bus, so we had to take a taxi which makes it more expensive. There need better information for new people visiting Osaka.

There is also a hot spring and it is the best for tired body! I think it's very good because you can choose what you like for breakfast and free amenities. I'm looking for a super hotel as much as possible. However, one difficulty is that the room is dark anyway, even though it is only sleeping, it is too dark, so I'm glad to be a little brighter.

シングル禁煙ルームでしたが部屋は非常に広く居心地は良かったです。内装は昭和感ありますがコスパから考えるといいと思います。 バスユニットはかなり小さいです。

This was my first time at Awaji Station, and there were many delicious-looking shops (there are shopping streets on both sides of the station). I also saw many coffee shops that served breakfast.
