Montville Country Cabins

MCC was delightful beyond our expectations. The grounds are magnificent. The large property has well established gardens, mature trees, untouched bush and even a lake, plus lots of birdlife. And quiet. At the end of a no through road, with much space between cabins, the only noise you hear is what you make yourself. The location is perfect. From here we had easy access to all the tourist spots of Montville, Maleny and Mapleton. The cabins are well appointed. It was cold enough at night for us to have a fire which was a novelty for us and much fun. Our cabin was Iron Bark and we had great views of the lake from the balcony. We used the BBQ and luxuriated in the spa bath. The shower had two shower heads and was spacious enough for two. The property is safe, secure and very private. It is perfect to share with family or for a romantic getaway. The owners, Karen and Michael, were friendly and easygoing and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. We really enjoyed the freshly baked croissants each morning. We cannot recommend Montville Country Cabins too highly. They are simply magnificent. We will return.

We spent five wonderful nights and six days in the lovely Montville Country Cabins. We enjoyed every moment from the minute we arrived. Karen & Michael the managers were warm friendly & inviting ,nothing was too much trouble to them. They will go above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. The cabins could do with a bit of upgrading but nothing that would stop us from returning or recommending them. Karen & Michael have great plans for the cabins & upgrading as they have only recently taken over. Definitely give this beautiful little hideaway a go , you won’t regret it. We enjoyed yummy breakfast each morning including delicious hot croissants . The kookaburras visited us every day on the railing of our cabin. The birds, bush turkeys, rabbits ,hares fantastic to see and to listen to the birds while reading on the veranda his so relaxing. The warm fire each evening was wonderful. It’s also a short drive to beautiful Secrets on Lake where you can enjoy a delicious meal or just a coffee. Also very close to Montville Village . Highly recommend MCCabins. We will be back. We had a lovely stay at Montville Country Cabins. We stayed in Cuddlepie which had a view of the lake. The setting was peaceful and tranquil. We woke to bird song and fell asleep listening to rain on the roof. The cabin was very clean and there were lots of little touches...fresh flowers, chocolates, port, plunger coffee etc.. We left feeling rejuvenated for the week ahead.

Karen and Michael were amazing upon arrival, even after being late to check in and further more putting together one of their dinner hampers even tho it was quite late. Beautiful Property and space to stay in and wonderful outlook. We will be back for sure.

Me & my partner recently had the pleasure of staying at these charming cabins, and it was an experience to remember. The lush gardens and the tranquil lake create a perfect backdrop for relaxation. The cabins themselves are beautifully designed, blending rustic charm with modern amenities. Each cabin offers a private and cosy atmosphere, making it easy to unwind and forget the hustle and bustle of daily life. Inside, our Harmony cabin was a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area, and cozy bedroom. The attention to detail is evident in every corner, from thoughtful touches like fresh croissants delivered every morning and complimentary breakfast provisions & fresh fruit. The large spa bath was a particular highlight. The hosts at Montville Country Cabins are exceptionally welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every guest feels at home. Would definitely stay again for a relaxing country getaway.

We stayed in Harmony cabin, it is the last cabin on the right at the bottom of the long drive way. The cabin is surrounded by trees and is a nice relaxing setting to unwind and view the outside while having a spa. The mobile phone coverage was good and television reception was fine. This was our fourth visit to Monteville Country Cabins and NOT our last :) The food provided as a part of the Early-Bird special booking was very generous and really good.
