Ulasan Courtyard Montreal Midtown

Originally I didn’t expect great service, but the receptionist behaviour was so disappointed. It was kinda rude. And also for room wise,there was no door for shower room. That’s why the bathroom floor was soaking wet after we took a shower….

Jacque (bellman) made the entire stay worthwhile. He was personable and helpful with suggestions and directions. We took his advice at every turn. The room was just ok. The bathtub was filthy so we had to request an additional cleaning or new room the inside restaurant was good. Lobby with self serve wine dispenser and billiard table was a fun touch for our group.

房卡很大，很乾凈，周邊環境很好。對面就是沃爾瑪和玩具反斗城。房間內有微波爐和冰箱，前台24小時都有人

後悔定的時候沒仔細看隨意就定了 先説好的，服務態度還行，前台還算熱情。 差的主要在設施上， 1）剛開始進房間發現和對面的會議室近到離譜，會議室裏十幾個人白板上寫了什麼都看得一清二楚，毫無私隱可言； 2）不知道為什麼一直被安排輪椅友好的房間，酒店有這樣的設施是好的，但是正常身高的人用房間裏的什麼都很矮，門因為太大開關也不方便； 3）房間裏沒有Complimentary water，讓給送上來結果就送了一次，第二天發現沒有前台還拒絕給，理由是不管住幾天就給一次complimentary water，雖然不理解這邏輯，但重點不在兩瓶水而是服務人員解釋的態度很差；

酒店的免費網絡🛜特別差就算了，用自己的手機流量都特別卡，打電話出去信號也不行！房間隔音不好，隔壁大聲一點説話都能聽見，這些都不算什麼，最可怕的事情是，明明是下午一點之前退房就可以了，我早上10:30還在房間睡覺，門口還掛了請勿打擾的牌子，客房服務員還是拿卡開門進來，還好我裏面的防盜鏈條⛓️拉住的，真的把人嚇死！她開門之前貌似是敲了一下門，我喊了裏面有人，她還是開門，而且發現防盜鏈條鎖了裏面有人一句sorry都不説的就關上門了……真的太恐怖😱了 還有更**的事情是我們去退房的時候，前台小哥看見我們了，並沒有放下他正在打遊戲的手機，還讓我們在旁邊等一下，真的是太**了，我和兒子站在那裡等他打完那一局遊戲，大概2-3分鐘！真的是第一次見 雖然衹是一個普通酒店，我們也是因為孩子去蒙特利爾參加一個考試才去住一晚的，但是各種**服務真的無語😓……！畢竟也是萬豪旗下的，怎麼會有這樣的服務啊……

We were in Montreal for the day, i booked my stay at Courtyard by Marriott best decision its also in walkable distance to shopping areas and restaurants

Just general maintenance. Truth is it’s midtown of a major city . It won’t always be spotless . But it was fine

Nice hotel with a superb lobby and tastefully decorated room. The service levels of the staff were very high. Had a very comfortable stay

My overall experience was great…. First off the parking was the easiest I have had, very close to the reception and cheap ($15 a day) The room was beautiful and clean… now the reception and check in… that was excellent, super kind reception. My credit card chose to act up on that day, but the reception was super helpful. My overall experience was great I would recommend.

The hotel was very nice but not many restaurants around and the metro Station was distant, not so easy if you don't have a car.

the lobby look nice.. look very sophisticated., the staff are very helpful., kudos to mark for assisting us making our check-in fast (imagine driving for 6 hours and having hard time checking in) . the rooms are clean , seems like brand new.. only thing was. bistro so expensive and the food is not that excellent need to improve.,

Nice modern features in the room. Only downside was that the room didn't contain any information about TV, Internet, or the restaurant downstairs - no menu online either - there was no information package at all. It's a bit of a weird neighbourhood with a lot of glass condos in the middle of an old industrial park, but there's a starbucks around the corner and the orange julep is walkable.
