I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely impressed by the level of help and service provided by the staff. From the moment I arrived, the staff, specially Christopher, went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were always friendly, attentive, and willing to assist with any requests I had.
Furthermore, the hotel's amenities were top-notch. The facilities were well-maintained and there is a real good restaurant attached to the property.
Overall, my experience at this hotel was fantastic thanks to the exceptional staff and wonderful amenities. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Beautiful hotel with incredible staff. Everyone was so welcoming and treated us like royalty. Christopher at the front desk is exceptional at his job and helped to make our Montreal experience the best it could be. We are definitely coming back!

I stayed at Hotel Nelligan for one night on a girl’s trip. This experience was one of the best I have ever had at a hotel. Every single staff that I encountered was kind and helpful. The room was beautiful and charming. They even sent up a bottle of champagne with the nicest note. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Old Montreal!

The facility itself was very nice, the rooms are very clean and spacious, the amenities are quite good and the location is quite nice. Unfortunately front desk staff were less that helpful which affected my overall rating.

The staff and room were excellent. The location was perfect to walk the streets of old Montreal. Was very disappointed of the restaurant though... Wanted a cocktail before our night out. Sat there for ten minutes with a glass of water as the resto staff (5 feet away) had their pre shift pep talk so we left and crossed the street to Mignon and that was awesome! Other than that experience, everything was perfect.
