Ulasan Hotel Chrome Montreal Centre-Ville

Secara umum, rasio harga/kinerja hotel tidak apa-apa, tepat di seberang Chinatown dan hanya berjalan kaki singkat ke stasiun kereta. Ada banyak atraksi di sekitarnya, tidak perlu naik mobil atau berjalan kaki.

If I could give it zero star I would. There was literally a mouse in the room, when I called front desk they were absolutely no help. The hotel was disgusting, ceiling had a layer of dust, fixtures looked as if they had never been dusted. Staff was unfriendly. They wouldn’t even come help with the mouse situation. The next day I called again, and they laughed it off and said oh yea we have this problem. I would not recommend this. Stay away from this hotel

Worst hotel stay experience. Attitude of hotel manager was terribly unacceptable, she refused to answer and explain our questions regarding the extra fees. Also using rude wordings towards us. The hotel is very old and unfurnished and no body wash were provided which was supposed to be basics for a hotel. Had to contact the booking agent to settle such chaos. Please never consider this hotel in Montreal when you have other better choices.

The hotel is walking distance from Chinatown, 12 mins walk to downtown and 11 mins walk to Basilica Church.

Staffs are not friendly. Closet are broken. Room is too dark.

Little dark and hard to circulate air. And sheet is little dirty

A bit old and average looking front desk tried to be helpful but overall it's not the ideal hotel. Still, it's very cheap so if you want somewhere cheap you can choose this.

Close to Chinatown and old port. Room is small and no view. The hotel will charge $4/luggage if you want to leave your luggages in the reception—that’s crazy. We didn’t pay, so we need to carry out luggages to walk around the city until our train in the evening.

I did not get the right room. i reserve a two bedrom for me and my coworker but a get a room with only one bed. No others place in the hotel.

Hotel qui a besoin d un certain rafraîchissement, la situation du quartier laisse à désirer.Le paking ne se trouve pas à proximité.Pas eu de possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner sur place. Au niveau des chambres, elles sont un peu vétustes. Dans la salle de bain des traces de rouille dans la baignoire. Notre chambre n'a pas été nettoyé durant notre séjour.plutot 2 étoiles que 3.

ダウンタウンからそこまで離れずに行くことができとても便利な場所です。また、近くに中華街があるのでご飯にも困らないです。清潔感がとてもありベットや他の家具もとても綺麗でした。
