Without a doubt one of the most pleasant stays I’ve enjoyed in years. The staff here went out of their way to be helpful, from the front desk welcoming us, the concierge ordering taxis and the bell captain taking our luggage and letting us know our cab had arrived, it was all great service. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, two very comfortable beds and a quality coffee maker. The bathroom was equally spacious with excellent toiletries and luxurious bath robes. Very quiet in the rooms with little to no noise disturbances. Very difficult to find fault here at all.

Everything was excellent at the Omni Mont-Royal, from the customer service to the cleanliness of the property. We had a wonderful time.

Every single person of the staff was incredibly wonderful to speak with and were all so nice. The hotel room itself is in need of some modernization in my opinion but still accommodated us very well. Our only problem was the distance to bars and Crescent St. It was walkable but far too cold, to walk, not that there is anything the hotel can do, it’s just something to keep in mind when booking.

Was a little disappointed the pool was closed, it was the main reason why I booked the hotel. But the staff was awesome, especially the woman with the glasses at the bar. Always happy to see us and had such an amazing personality, also she made the best cocktails I had on the trip .

this hotel is always our go to in montreal. we like the secired parking garage and is the valet service

Omni always exceeds our expectations. This is our second time staying here and we absolutely love it room service, and the bar right in the lobby are the best thing ever. A big plus is that is walkable to many different places.

All the people were really nice, the rooms are confortables . Also the location is perfect to go out and walk in Montreal downtown !

This was our second stay at Omni Mont-Royal for visits to McGill University. Staff are wonderful - so helpful and pleasant - rooms are lovely, big and comfortable and we had a great breakfast in the dining room with fast and friendly service. Would highly recommend staying here on any visit to Montreal!

Very nice room in a great area, right by McGill. My only complaint is that everything other than the room cost extra. The wifi and parking were both additional charges.

Hotel room was a great spacious size and very clean. Service was excellent . Whenever I needed something from housekeeping the response was immediate. Everyone was friendly. Really enjoyed our stay!
