房間乾淨，地理位置也比較好，旁邊有個教堂，我們的房間窗外就可以望向教堂，很漂亮😻。酒店正門對面走一段路是商業街，可以逛街購物吃東西，很方便。

第三次住這個酒店。特別推薦需要坐火車的朋友，因為中央車站和酒店的後門相連。酒店位置到老城和逛商業街都是步行可達。酒店的床很舒服。

房間偏小，位置很好，服務很一般，經過攜程申請延遲退房酒店也同意了，退房當天缺告訴我不能延遲退房，慌忙收拾行李出發，以後應該不會再選擇費爾蒙了。

The area from central station is not so kid friendly if you have car seats or strollers as there is no elevators only escalators .

Checking was very easy and pleasant. I forgot the young man’s name that checked me in but he was very nice. Everyone at the Fairmont was pleasant. No complaints.

We enjoyed our stay at the Fairmont. concierge staff in particular was very helpful, We went to Bell Centre to watch the Canadiens and were disappointed that room service had closed at 10pm, also I enquired to room service about a phone charger. They had said that the could bring one to the room but never showed up

It was surprising that the hotel doesn’t provide free WiFi to guests, and the hotel still charge for movies in the room, when traveling with young kids make sure kids don’t order movie from the room - it’s a ripoff $25/movie

This is an excellent location to walk everywhere, from Ste Catherine's street to Le Plateau to the Bell Centre for a Canadiens game. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The only (surprising) negative is that the walls are so thin, we could hear the conversations in the room next to us.

Good location in downtown.. Good valet parking. Expansive, but can a good deal if search on-line.

The Fairmont is a well known brand of quality and excellence. What ever property I visit, I know that the same excellence will be present.

Fairmont Queen Elizabeth was a great place to stay. Convenient access to downtown area, Bell Centre, great decor and excellent food. Staff was very friendly and helpful l.
