Excellent experience about olive oil, its production in a fantastic environment. I enjoyed the explanations and the tasting of the different oils and spreads. They do honor a fantastic tradition of Greek healthy way of living shared with the world

We had such a great time ! The welcoming and the professionalism of all the team was outstanding. The accomodation is incredible. The food at their restaurant is delicious, made with fresh local products. A special mention for the private cooking class that we took and for the olive oil tasting experience and explanation that was done with a lot of passion. Liotrivi is an amazing place. Everything on our stay was perfect. We appreciated the location in the middle of the olive trees, the cleanliness of the accommodation, the quiet environment and the kindness of our hosts. The food was delicious !

Had a great time, the location is unique and offers you a broad variety of choices for swimming depending on the wind. The hotel experience overall was excellent, breakfast was amazing and a good reason to leave the comfort of your bed, the tradional tools and memorabilia for making oil feel like a time machine that brings back all the ancestral knowledge and love from the good old days!

Nous avons apprécié notre étape d’une nuitée à Lotrivi boutique hôtel. Les extérieurs de cet ensemble hôtelier sont magnifiques. Le panorama de nature l’environnant (notamment vue sur les reliefs, au milieu des oliviers et autres citonniers) est superbe. La chambre est vaste et meublée dans le respect de l’identité de la région (peut-être cependant un peu trop rustique à notre goût …). Nous avons en revanche regretté que la literie ne soit pas des plus confortables (trop ferme) et qu’il n’y ait qu’un oreiller par personne, trop peu épais … Excellent petit déjeuner servi dans un superbe cadre, sur de belles tables recouvertes de nappes blanches. Une mention spéciale pour le personnel de service, très professionnel et attentionné.

La proprietaria, con grande passione, ci ha spiegato la storia della struttura, appartenente alla sua famiglia da qualche generazione. Μείναμε εδώ 3 νύχτες αρχές Ιουλίου. Το παλιό πέτρινο κτήριο είναι πανέμορφο, με το ελαιοτριβείο, την παραδοσιακή διακόσμηση, τον ξυλόφουρνο... Τα 5 σπιτάκια με τα δωμάτια πάνω και κάτω είναι άνετα και μέσα σ'ένα υπέροχο ελαιώνα και φροντισμένο κήπο. Στο δωμάτιο υπάρχει κουζίνα, αλλά δεν είναι εξοπλισμένη. Ούτε κουτάλι! Έχει μόνο ποτήρια νερού-κρασιού. Θα πρέπει να μπουν λίγα βασικά σκεύη και ένας βραστήρας για καφέ-τσάι. Επίσης να μπουν σήτες στα παράθυρα, γιατί είναι κρίμα με τη βραδινή δροσιά να αναγκαζόμαστε να λειτουργούμε a/c. Το πρωινό είναι ποιοτικό και χειροποίητο. Φρεσκοψημένα τυροπιτάκια/χορτοπιτάκια και ψωμί από τον ξυλόφουρνο, λαχταριστό κέικ, καγιανάς, φρεσκοστιμμένος χυμός πορτοκάλι, φρέσκα φρούτα, χειροποίητες μαρμελάδες... Κάθε πρωί είναι όμως το ίδιο, θα έπρεπε να γίνονται αλλαγές ή να παραγγέλνει ο πελάτης κάποια πράγματα α λα καρτ （π.χ. αυγά σε άλλο στυλ, τηγανίτες ή λουκουμάδες κ.λ.π.）. Σε κάποιους ξενώνες όπου έχουμε μείνει ζητούν να συμπληρώσεις μία φόρμα πρωινού από την προηγούμενη μέρα ώστε να τα ετοιμάσουν το επόμενο πρωί, είναι καλή ιδέα... Ωραίο και το εστιατόριο, δειπνήσαμε μια βραδιά. Μείναμε γενικά ευχαριστημένοι από την ποιότητα του ξενώνα, την καθαριότητα, την καλή εξυπηρέτηση, αλλά μάς ενόχλησε η περίεργη τιμολογιακή πολιτική: κλείσαμε το δωμάτιο 3 μήνες πριν και είχαμε μια καλή τιμή, αλλά στην πορεία ανέβηκε δυο φορές στο site τους （ΟΚ, λέω, πρόλαβα καλύτερη τιμή） για να πέσει την τελευταία βδομάδα πριν πάμε κατά 14€/βραδιά （ένιωσα λίγο...κορόιδο）. Περίμενα έκπτωση ή έστω μία αναβάθμιση, αλλά δεν έγινε. Εμείς μείναμε 3 βραδιές από Σάββατο έως Τρίτη και ήμαστε εντελώς μόνοι Κυριακή και Δευτέρα βράδυ. Επειδή αρκετοί πελάτες τσεκάρουμε τις τιμές on-line, η συμβουλή μου είναι να υπάρχουν σταθερές τιμές ή να γίνονται καλύτερες προσφορές στο early booking （τουλάχιστον ίδιες με της τελευταίας στιγμής）. Οι "χρηματιστηριακού τύπου" τιμές με τα σκαμπανεβάσματα, εμάς τουλάχιστον μάς ενόχλησαν...

Από την ώρα της άφιξης μέχρι και την αναχώρηση η εμπειρία ήταν άριστη. Ευγενικό προσωπικό, οργανωμένοι και τακτοποιημένοι χώροι, μεγάλα και ευρύχωρα δωμάτια. Το πρωινό σε ανώτατο επίπεδο σε ποιότητα και ποσότητα. Η τοποθεσία （μέσα σε ελαιώνα） μαγευτική και απόλυτα ήσυχη.
